My daughter ordered 6 dresses from the website with a .co.uk address. At time of purchase, no warning was given that the parcel was being shipped from Australia and we were required to pay £75 in duties before DHL would deliver. Otherwise, she would not have ordered.
To make matters worse, the clothes sizing and quality were poor. All 6 dresses are being returned.
This is a scam company made worse by a shocking returns policy where store credit is given instead of a refund. Why would we want store credit when anything ordered would incur duties again?!
Avoid this company. Making out they have a UK base is false advertising and customer service don't respond to emails.

Ordered a skirt, it came and it isn’t what i expected from it, so i went to return it. They don’t offer refunds as they love peoples money, so i went to get store credit. They then charge you $4.99 before you even begin filling out the return form, and then are now giving me $52 store credit instead of $64.99 as i paid… doesn’t make sense. Don’t buy from here

Horrible company! Their clothing sizes are way off and you have to enter a card and make a payment of 5 dollars to return their cheap pathetic joke clothing! Serioslyy avoid at all costs the clothing are over priced and cheap as hell. This company a pathetic joke !

Dakota is the girl that I have been talking to through the messaging place. She was so helpful and sweet through out the entire process. I had returned a dress and never received my store credit so I reached out and it was never something on the stores end, it just never got sent to my email. She sent me a screenshot of the store credit being sent to my email and went out of her way to send me the code through the chat. She was so so helpful and I wish her the best for being so kind and patient when the code wasn’t on our side LOL. Loved Dakota so much she deserves everything for being so kind

Brought series5 tracksuit black n gold quality not so great would have thought better🙁 feels like cheap material. bottom of hoodie is stretched so looks off. Do not recommend buying anymore suits from here.

They are big scammers and thieves, I ordered a few stuff from this scammer and the quality was very very bad ! I decided to return them and they took off about half of price to refund ! I said ok and returned their shit stuff and I was surprised they took all my money and not refund it! They took the shit stuff and my whole money

Jeans were cute but a size smaller than advertised and just know their returns are with Happy Retuns, but they will make you pay for shipping on any return...
Customer service did refund back to my original payment method..

I've purchased a few times now for my daughters, and the orders have always arrived quite quickly and are true to size.
Only twice has an item not been suitable, and the exchange process was very straight forward and once again quick. The support team have always been professional and courteous, and always so happy to help.

I’m a long time customer, Ordered $500 worth of clothes on the 20th of December. I raised a query around the 5th of January as the parcel still didn’t arrive.

It was determined my order had been lost in transit.

It is now a month later I have requested a refund but I’m lucky to get a reply. I have disputed the transaction with my bank but still no one from tsf has advised what they plan to do.

The last response i received was advising me they could resend my order and give me a “credit” for the items that were now out of stock when I have specifically been asking for my money back.

I was trying to enter in a store credit gift card to pay for my clothing, but the website glitched and paid for my clothes with my credit card instead of my store credit. I was super frustrated as there was not an option to return the clothing. After contacting customer service, Rebecca went ahead and refunded me and switched my order over to store credit. She was very helpful and her customer service was great.

I bought a dress for my Christmas party but unfortunately the strap broke as I went to put it on for the event. Although disappointed, I reached out to the team and they immediately responded and talked me through their returns process. They made it very easy and I was really happy with the service they provided during this process!

WARNING - This company is out to scam you.
My 15 year old daughter bought 2 dresses from the website thatssofetch.co.uk the company split the order and fulfilled 1 order from the UK and the other from AUSTRALIA. The dress from AU came with DHL and we were requested to pay additional Duty & VAT and Admin charges upon arrival. The dress from the UK arrived 1 week later via post and again we were requested to pay Duty & VAT and Admin Charges. When my daughter questioned why the 2 dresses didn't come together and why she had to pay these additional charges when she purchased the dresses from a European source she was not given one single intelligent answer.

In reality yes VAT is applicable but as she bought the dresses from a .co.uk source she should not be liable for Duty or a double admin fee.

It gets worse, the quality of the dresses is very poor, fast fashion and high cost. Each dress was 60 EUR. Having seen the first dress she requested a return and she was given an address in Australia and told to return it at her own cost for store credit.

Following this, she rejected the delivery of the second dress not paying the Duties and Vat. Thats so Fetch want her to accept that delivery and to send that back to Australia too.

Here's the catch, the dresses cost 60 EUR each, Returning them to AU will cost 30 EUR with DHL and by the time they reach Australia we will be outside the company policy for returns as the clock starts ticking from the date of purchase.

If you are in a European Country avoid purchasing from this store.

Following this writing this review the next steps for us will be to pursue this company through official channels.

I went onto the uk website which is co.uk and ordered 3 dresses coming to £150 then I checked out and I was given free shipping as I spent over £100, the next day i received an email that I had to pay an import free of £40 something to get the items shipped this did not state this anywhere through the whole process of ordering I emailed them to inquire about this and they told me I had to pay or if I was returning it which it hasn’t even been shipped yet that I would have to pay more money then the import fee!! Then said if I pay the import they will send me £20 back towards the import fee, whilst starting an unprofessional email starting with hi babe! This is false advertising trying to make out they are a uk website then taking peoples money for something which information is not giving through the whole process this is a scam company and you can see through there reviews very unprofessional, I would not recommend ordering anything from this website absolutely disgusting

I ordered $350 worth of dresses from this website. There were 10 dresses and I only want to keep three because the other 7 look very cheap and feel like shein clothes. So then I went to start a return and it charged me $6 to start the return only to find out ITS STORE CREDIT ONLY!!!! What kind of store only does store credit or exchanges??? I want my money back i do not want any more cheap clothing from this store so why would I want store credit??? I am so mad that I wasted $350 on cheap dresses that look horrible! I want my money back!!! 😡

Ordered a tracksuit as a gift for my partner. Unfortunately the jumper was too big, so needed to exchange. Emailed customer services who got back to me promptly and assisted me through the steps. I’m based in the UK and the company is in Australia so thought it may have been complicated but you pay for your postage and print of the postage label to attach to the goods and take it to the post office. My exchange is now on its way to me. Quality of the products are good and the tracksuits looks great. Thank you very much. Will buy from yourselves again.
