Don’t give up on a refund!
I pursued them relentlessly for a refund. I sent them the legal requirement for a 14 day cooling off period in the uk on all online purchases from date of receipt, within which the customer is entitled to a full refund. I got a full refund. Do not give up!

Terrible return experience
I think I’m with everyone else in the reviews. Such a horrendous RETURN POLICY. The dress I wanted didn’t suit me and I just wanted a refund not STORE CREDIT. And on top of that, they asked for me to pay $4 for delivery. Like WHAT. I have never had such atrocious online shopping experience. Like what am I going to do with store credit, when I’m not planning to shop anytime soon with that’s so fetch

Absolutely horrendous with returns
Absolutely horrendous with returns. Was difficult to initially find out how to return, then charged me £3.99 for the label that they didn't send me. I emailed and their response rate was low, eventually got sent an email and they refused to give me a refund and gave me a gift card instead. But guess what, I don't want to use your website again!!
Edit: It's very clear you attempt to make things as difficult as possible as to discourage anyone from attempting to get their money back. Further proven by the fact you keep it quiet that you do not offer refunds, only store credit. I won't buy from you again, and I actually previously really liked your products but this is more than enough for you to lose me as a customer. 😊

I wrote them an email about my order because i got to know that import to EU cost 43€. I told them that it was much. And Thats so Fetch told me that they would pay half of it if i send the receipt. I did but now they just ignorer me !! But i have screenshots for evidence

AWFUL do not buy
I ordered several dresses to try on, but the material was cheap, and they arrived completely creased. I’ve been trying to contact customer service with no response. The refund process wouldn’t allow me to get my money back—only a gift card, which I don’t want since I have no interest in purchasing more low-quality clothing. On top of that, I never even received the refund email. Avoid ordering from this site!

Got a formal dress
Got a formal dress, too big not good quality and what made it worse that when you return you don't get your money back which is not stated in returns policy. you get a gift card of money and you have to keep paying more for deliveries and this is how they catch you with keeping your money. Cheap material and no refunds!!!
This company has a very misleading returns policy, and it has taken me to come onto trust pilot to find out the reason they have sent me a gift card via email is because that is my ‘refund’ for a return I posted earlier today. If I knew upon purchasing that I wouldn’t get a refund then I wouldn’t have ordered as I was trying multiple dresses for a wedding. Does not matter what they’ve said in response to reviews, the no refunds policy is not stated clearly whatsoever. My dress ordered was horrendous and cheap material, absolutely not worth £70!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

BUYER BEWARE
Purchased 3 dresses for same day delivery. Delivery came on time but the quality of the dresses were poor. The bust on the white dress was strange and had a horizontal seam that cut across my chest (I don’t have a big bust). Blue dress did not fit at all despite it being my size. Floral dress fit perfectly but the pattern looked more like a nightie than a dress to wear in public. Checked the website and they do not do refunds, only returns. Given the poor quality of the dresses I got, returning them to get more poor quality items did not appeal to me so I gave them to charity. I do not recommend this business.

Can't recommend 'That's So Fetch'…
Can't recommend 'That's So Fetch' enough for their outstanding customer service regarding my faulty dress I ordered for a wedding, the dress fits perfect & is of good quality apart from a small button fell off while trying garment on
I got in touch with customer service who responded immediately via email offering two options :
1.exchange
2.store credit
As this dress was my first order & for a wedding I went with a store credit, their service was impeccable as they sent me store credit without having to chase them & got to keep the dress
Impeccable & outstanding service from the fabulous team & look forward to spending my store credit soon

Refund policy should be made more clear…
Refund policy should be made more clear as I didn’t realise they didn’t offer refunds upon buying and I am now out of pocket for the items I don’t want and quite frankly isn’t the best outcome regarding trying to email them as I have had no reply. On a positive note the dresses can just like they was shown on the picture.

Love That’s So Fetch
Okay I just want to start off and say the bad reviews on this company should not determine if you choose to shop with them or not. This was my first time shopping with that’s so fetch and I had a wonderful experience. Their dresses just looked so good and so pleasing I really wanted to buy from them and hope they were as legit as the pictures. This company not only has great and legit dresses but their customer service is amazing. I was a first time customer getting a dress for a wedding (I’ve never been to a wedding before) I spoke to their live team via chat and they were very helpful and offered to refund me for dresses I didn’t fit in (since I was a first time customer they made this exception but if you are an ongoing customer you know they only offer store credit). I am also 5’1 so I was worried about not fitting in their sizes but I had no issues fitting in their size 0. They answered me right away didn’t make me wait days or weeks. Their communication is on point and overall they’re just great.
One thing that I didn’t see in the review that I’ll mention here is that there is a 4.99 fee for a return but I’ll take that over keeping dresses I paid for that don’t fit. Overall that’s so fetch is a 10 for me, and I will be a returning customer.

Deceptive return policy
The return policy says they offer full returns after 30 days. They don’t tell you in the fine print that they don’t offer a refund, just store credit. Their responsiveness was above average as they quickly responded to messages on the website. Their communication of return policy is deceptive.

I recently purchased a lounge suit, unfortunately I had to return the first order due to a mix up with the size6. Once it was returned I was told it was no longer in stock in the colour, size and lineI had requested. So after a lot of emails going back and forth and being offered a store credit. I received an email with items for sale and the colour I requested was there !!! So, I eventually got the colour I wanted. On receipt of the set and looking at first glance I was very excited. The excitement soon turned to disappointment. The quality wasn't the best I'd seen, but after all the hassle I was glad to finally received it. Then whilst out wearing the set I noticed that the top and bottoms were very different shades. The bottoms were very dark whilst the top is a much lighter shade. I'm totally disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought a hoodie which I absolutely loved but the stitching started come away on one of the corners of the front pocket.
I got in contact with the brand on Tik Tok and was advised to contact their Customer Service team, which I did.
I would just like to say how incredibly kind and helpful they were. They not only offered me a replacement, they offered other options such as store credit or for me to pick another item.
I picked the same hoodie but in a different colour (which may I add was slightly more expensive and I wasn't sure they would approve it, but they did) and after a week of communication I had my new product.
The quality of their clothing is so SO good and their customer service is second to none. Thank you to all the representatives that dealt with me. I hope your pillow is always cool and the sun always shines for you ✨️
Thank you all again, I will continually recommend you as brand not only for your quality of clothing but your customer ethics.
