shitty buisness needs to be shutdown
honestly such a shit brand. as much as i want to love their clothes the material is so bad and everything is majorly overpriced. Like seriously they are so money hungry and don’t care about quality. Not to mention their customer service is the most annoying shit i’ve ever dealt with. trying to live chat with them is useless cause they never address your issue and just keep repeating the same shit like it’s not even a human feels like i’m speaking to a robot. Every single time i order something from them i always have an issue and it’s always their fault. I ordered pants as im skinny i order the smallest size and the elastic or band on the waist was stretched out so bad i couldn’t even wear them not to mention i paid like 65$ for them and i can’t even wear them. Yet they wanna charge me $5 to send it back like be so serious. such a disgusting brand how are people still buying their shit. When they get returns instead of throwing them out as they are damaged they put a tag back on and give it to the next customer. Also not to mention i ordered again cause i was eyeing these 2 jeans out i really liked and they had 40% so i was like why not. Biggest mistake ever. They send me something that looks nothing like the image it took them 3 days to actually properly answer my complaint after getting some AI robot to answer me repeating the same shit over and over saying “create a returning label” like bro also when they answered me they said “we have changed the design of the pants” yet they don’t update the advertised image. Like how stupid are they and it’s still up there they are advertising jeans that look nothing like the image i’m so frustrated as these jeans look horrible yet the one in the image is so cute and something i’d wear. Like i don’t understand how useless these people are. Also the second pair of jeans i love so much i was so happy until i took a closer look there is some red or brown stain on the side of the jeans like are they for real. I’m so disgusted by this business they seriously need a reality check or need to be shut down i will never be ordering from them again as im so sick of the disgusting clothes they can’t even make right and that customer service shit is the most frustrating thing ever they are so useless is it that hard to even address customer issues?

Quality of clothing issues
Honestly I do not rate the quality of the clothing. I feel shein offers better quality clothing and that’s a bold statement. I have ordered numerous times with most orders being sent back for store credit as they don’t offer refunds, defiantly a catch 22 there. First order was a top and skirt where the top was horrible quality. The skirt was cute but if your a tall girl like me 5’8 EVERYTHING that is mini shoes your bum. Only thing I’ve liked is a dress I ordered so far on sale. I’ve tried to argue for a refund in the past months after gaining the voucher because I just didn’t like anything and I was so over having to pay sending items back to try again. After back and forth a few times someone agreed on a refund to then be told that was a mistake and they cannot🤓 I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. It sucks I’ve had such a shit experience.

I recently purchased the Bonnie Sequin Maxi dress, originally bought the 10. Purchased it on a Thursday Morning, had it at my house in Brisbane by Friday afternoon. Incredibly quick delivery.
I then decided to exchange for the next size. The exchange process was simple and smooth process. Sent the dress away on a Wednesday, had the new size by that Friday of the same week.
Very impressed with this level of customer service.
The dress itself is incredible, beautifully made and I can’t wait to be able to wear it to my event.
Highly recommend buying from That’s So Fetch.

Return Policy Fail
In the Shop App return policy it fails to mention that they do not provide refunds. They will only allow returns for store credit. So when you finally get the item and figure out its of low quality….you’re stuck.
Any store that doesn’t stand behind their brand enough to offer a refund knows they are of a lower tier.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a Halloween outfit but it didn’t fit me so I returned it and noticed i was getting it back in store credit. I then emailed over to the team to ask if I could have a refund back to my bank instead and they were so quick to respond and get it confirmed and sent back over! Such good customer care!!!

Shein Quality for High Price
Sadly, this store is great for items you may only wear once but VERY HIGH price tag for the quality. My biggest issue after ordering three dresses for $300 total was that the material was so thin and wrinkly that it was see through AND you arent allowed to get a refund. Only exchange or store credit.

I ordered on the premium delivery which said the dress should arrive within 4 days. The dress did not arrive for about 3 weeks, after the function had happened and I no longer needed it. I emailed multiple times asking where the dress was and when I asked for a refund for the 12£ premium delivery they didn’t reply. Would not recommend relying on them if you need the dress soon but if you are buying well in advance it’s okay.

Okay, I’ve seen some negative comments about them, so I wanted to share my experience. This is my first time buying from them, and it was a bit challenging for me to spend the money, but I decided to buy a size 8.
The jeans arrived promptly, and when I opened them, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They were wonderful! I tried them on, and they fit well, but they were a bit tight. I was wondering if there was anything I could do about the sizing, so I reached out to them.
They were so incredibly helpful and understanding. I explained the situation and that the size I got didn’t fit me as I would have liked. They were very sweet and we went through the process of returning my jeans, which still had the tags.
In return, they gave me a new size. The only issue was that the new size didn’t come in the correct color. However, I’m not biased, and the new size fit correctly. I also love the quality of the jeans. They’re made of thick, true denim material, which is great.
Overall, I had a positive experience with your business. I don’t know what anyone else is talking about. It must have been a few bad batches because both jeans of mine were of high quality.

I ordered 3 dresses for upcoming events and parties. Loved one of them, it was just a little too big. I returned all 3 and exchanged the one I liked for a smaller size, return was easy, exchange and delivery super quick and I received a full refund of the two dresses I didn’t keep.

My daughter wanted me to buy a dress online. I’m always weary about buying clothes sight unseen but she couldn’t find one for homecoming that she liked. She ended up sending me a link to thatsofetch. I bought big for her but unfortunately like my worst nightmare, she didn’t want it. I reached out to the company who made it very easy to return the item. I would buy it again from them.

Scam!! Will try to steal your money
I received a faulty dress in my order. I filled out the faulty return form on the website 10 days after I received the full order. In this form I said I wanted to return the whole order as the other items were too short. As per their policy this means I am entitled to a full refund for the entire order as I initiated it within 14 days of receiving it. After filling in the form it said someone would be in touch soon. I never heard back. After 10 days I reached out via the website saying I hadn’t heard back. They contacted me a few days later saying they’d be happy to help and asked for photos of the fault which I had already provided in the form. They claim they didn’t get the form I sent which is funny since I had to upload photos to it and am aware that it said they would contact me shortly after submitting it. Conveniently (for them) they don’t send you a reference number for the return query or a confirmation email to show it was sent so they can pretend they didn’t get it. I have emailed them 5 times since filling out the form asking for details on how to return it. At no point have they sent a returns label despite me asking for this each time. They are quite clearly dragging their feet to try and put me outside of the 30 day return window. It takes them at least 24 hours or more each time to reply and despite asking for a return label 6 times I am still to receive one. In their last reply they said I wasn’t eligible for a full refund on the whole order as it was outside of the 14 days. However I have clearly stated in each correspondence I initiated the return within 14 days of receiving it. Their policy states you need to initiate the return in 14 days which I have. It’s not my fault they didn’t reply to me for almost 2 weeks after I sent the form and now claim to have “not received it. It’s not my fault if their return form doesn’t work properly which I have seen others say it doesn’t. If I do not get a full refund for the entire order I will be raising a complaint with Klarna who will investigate the matter or if that doesn’t work I will be raising a payment dispute with my bank to get a full refund as they are breaching their own returns policy which I have followed to a T. Do not order from them it’s not a legitimate company it’s a scam.
