Thats So Fetch AU do not offer full refunds for faulty items. This is a breach of the Australian consumer law.

My order took ages to come and once it arrived I no longer needed it as the event had passed. I returned the items 3 weeks ago and was emailed to say my refund had been processed but have since yesterday received an email from Klarna saying my refund was not processed and I owe them money. I want this resolved asap .I will never be ordering from this company again. I have been absolutely robbed

The clothes themselves are very nice quality. I’ve been buying from them for almost 3 years and I still have every item after several washes and nights out. The shipping is fast as well. The customer service team is also very helpful and fast at responding whenever I have questions/ need help. I couldn’t recommend this brand enough.

I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes
Sent the one back next minute I received a gift card instead of refund . I have emailed and heard zero back

I am so disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered 4 dresses for my graduation and was very unhappy with them when they came so tried to return. They took ages so come and now I can only return for store credit- but I’d never want to order from them again! I’m now £150 short and really worried about not having this money anymore

I had a wonderful customer service experience with that so fetch after receiving a gift for my daughter. We were able to return birthday gift and get something she wanted in a timely manner without having to involve the gift giver.

My experience was great and involved an item that needed assistance.

The first Series 5 tracksuit (hoodie + sweatpants) in pink was divine. Amazing non pilling fabric, doesn't collect fluff, super comfy, lots of compliments, outstanding! I then bought a black limited edition hoodie and pants set also series 5, but the sizing was off, the pants were smaller (measurably) and the fabric was not as great quality, collecting fluff everywhere and I can see it pilling soon. So I contacted customer service. Immediately I was kindly respectfully addressed and offered a replacement after a few back and forth emails (some took over a day to respond which I was a bit impatient about) ultimately I was given a gift voucher to purchase a new item (as it was the pants that I complained about being measurably smaller despite the same size and series as first pants). I will now have a 3rd tracksuit to add to my collection at only a small cost. I originally purchased from USA site (I'm in Australia) as the Australian site didn't have the items I was after, but was happy to pay postage to get the pink tracksuit. I was able to get the gift code to replace the unsatisfactory item for the Australian site tho as the USA site was out of stock for what I wanted. So all in all I'm really happy with my items, really thankful to the customer service and their immediate offer to replace an item that i wasn't happy about (without having to return) and I would highly recommend That's So Fetch for their loungewear and excellent customer service. It's my daily go to outfit now! Love love love 💕

This company is a scam, it needs reporting to trading standards.
I ordered some items and only half came. Was told the rest is going from Australia ( which they dont tell you when ordering)
Asked for cancellation and refund but told they only offer credit notes. No refunds.
This is against Uk consumer rights and is hidden from you until you try to return something.

I accidentally ordered a dress in the wrong colour and Maf was so lovely and helped me sort everything out.

The returns policy is not acceptable at all and against consumer rights. I have sent an email regarding this and hoping for a full refund not an exchange or store credit. I am a single full time working mum who is going to be put in severe debt and financial trouble without the refund. Severely worried sick and causing major panic attacks and anxiety. I have contacted my bank who have stated they can sort it from there end but I need to contact the company first.

I paid £65 for a pink dress that arrived. It was the quality of SHEIN. Very thin and flimsy material. I asked about returning they don’t give you refunds only store credit. I washed it on a cold hand wash the pink in the dress has faded already in parts. Extremely poor quality items for the price and you don’t get refunds.

Amazing!! Paid for express shipping, and estimated delivery stated it would come later than the date I needed by however I emailed and their customer service was AMAZING and the dress came in time. Exactly how described, gorgeous quality material and an extremely flattering dress. Would defiantly purchase from again.

Excellent customer service and the pieces are cute!

Firstly, i ordered some dresses for a party and paid for fast shipping. Only 3 dresses came on time, one was shipped from Australia i believe therefore i didn’t receive fast shipping for that dress. Secondly, two of the three dresses were ill fitting, it bunched up on the side with the zipper and looks super odd meanwhile the other was not the greatest material
thirdly, they don’t tell you that you can’t return and get your money back. Instead you only get store credit only.

Sad to say i’m not happy with the overall experience and they pretty much have my money since i wouldn’t want to shop there again. Wouldn’t recommend.

I recently ordered a vest and unfortunately it was out of stock but not updated online. They emailed me and took care of it right away and sent me a hoodie instead. Their customer service is amazing!

I was able to return my items past the 30 day period for a store credit and was given a 30% discount as well since I wasn’t able to use the credit before the sale ended, they made a special one time promo code for me. Free shipping, fast delivery, and excellent customer service with fast responses. Not to mention cutest clothes ever and good quality

A dress I bought came faulty, I lodged a faulty item complaint through the app which was very easy and they replied really fast! They offered a replacement or a store credit so I asked for a replacement, since they didn’t have the dress in stock I opted to keep it, they still gave me store credit and I got to keep the dress which was really lovely of them!

Taleah and Mia were nothing short of amazing!
They helped me every step of the way and made each order such a smooth process
I am so beyond happy. I have ordered 18 dresses and am only returning one! Can not fault. Super super happy and would recommend
