I mistakenly ordered shoes before reading reviews. I only ordered one pr but they put 2 orders on abd charged my cc. Repeated contact to their customer support withjn 24 hrs with no response. On day 2 I received an email informing me that order was in process and could not be changed. Nothing received and no resolution. This is a total scam operation!! Save your time and money!!

This company is a MAJOR RIP-OFF! I would not give it any stars! Their website offers nothing but lies! The quality would not even get them to a discount bin at Walmart. The ordering "help" makes the shoes [which take a month to arrive] even worse. Their incorrect guidance on fit made them unwearable.
THEN, if you say you want to return them, you get an "apology" and a major song and dance about how to keep them and get a store credit! The website won't honor the credit, jacking up the "list" price, and charging you for the free shipping.
I've been contacting them since 9/2/26 and there is obviously not a human being at the other end who has ever heard of customer service. This website is set up to rip you off. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered shoes thinking it was Orthofeet. It is not. I tried to cancel within the first 48 hours and was told the shoes had shipped. When I asked for tracking information, I was told the shoes had not shipped but were in production. They would not allow me to cancel. I started a charge back with my credit card company and was told I could not charge back. Lesson learned. DON"T ORDER from this company. It is a scam. You will not recieve the shoes. I am our $55 .

Purchased shoes but changed my mind after reading some reviews. Contacted company to cancel order in less than 48 hours. I was told the shoes had shipped. When I asked for the shipping information, I was then told the shoes where not shipped but in production. I ask to cancel and it was not allowed. It took 6 weeks for the shoes to arrive and they were so poorly made. If you try to ship them back, it cost more than what the shoes cost. So you are stuck with a horrible made pair of shoes. DO NOT BUY

They say "we are sending your item" they don't. They will not refund until you get your items, which NEVER arrive. I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

Orhtofit refused to refund my money. wanted me to pay $50 to return the shoes. Website says 100% refunds!

Placed an order for their Orthopedic premium snow boots for women and ordered one size larger than I actually wear as a recommended. The boots arrived this morning and I immediately slipped one on while sitting and could tell it was too small. I did not even walk around in it inside my house. I immediately removed it and placed it back in the package along with the other one I had not tried on. I contacted customer service to see if I could just return those and get a size larger giving me two sizes bigger than I normally wear right! They inform me that since I had tried one on they could not give me any kind of return. They offered me a 5% refund adjustment! Buyer beware.
There is absolutely nothing stating that you cannot even try the shoe on.... their policy states a full refund within 30 days if item is in new condition

I placed an order with them thinking that they were located in California. Now I am not sure where they are located. No phone number or postal address anywhere on the website. I received my order and the product was cheap and did not fit my needs at all. I requested them to send me the process to issue an RMA for a refund. They told me they had a new warehouse that was not able to process returns yet and they would let me know when they did. In the meantime I am out $197 and am stuck with product that is below par. Will not be using shopify in the future. Just a way for subpar products to be sold.

If you live in the US, stay away from this company. Their website gives you a false sense of security that returns are "stress free." While they do state that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, be aware they do not tell you they do not have a US shipping address to return to, and returns have to be sent to China. In my case, they offered me a 15% refund of my $138 order and said I could keep the two pairs of shoes I cannot use as they do not fit, so they keep most of my money and leave me stuck with items I cannot use and are of no value to me. To return these shoes to China, I can UPS them for $337 or $357, depending on the service. USPS says it will be ~$45, but I am not sure that includes any tracking, which these people want you to provide them with a tracking number. The quality of the items is not worth it, either; I was extremely disappointed. Buyer beware, and RUN!!!
