I placed an order and had a change of heart and have been trying to cancel my order before it is shipped and I can't set a response from this company. Terrible communication and customer service. I highly recommend you NOT order from this company.

I ordered a pair of Orthofit shoes on Sept 27, 2026. Here it is Oct. 13 and according to their tracking the shoes haven't even left China yet.
They bombard me with offers daily trying to get me to order more with a special discount but haven't even shipped my order from over 2 weeks ago. I'm getting concerned after reading all the negative reviews. I'm pretty sure the same people are selling shoes under a different company name. Looks like the same shoes, marketing, and prices. I'll follow up if and when I get them.

I ordered these shoes on September 20. I received them on October 9. I could not trace the shipment because they were coming from China! When I finally received them I realized the advertising for them was a sham. They are not comfortable at all. I received a similar pair from Amazon that was less expensive and a lot more comfortable. I’m trying to return the shoes to Orthofit. I’ll have to see if it’s worth the cost and trouble to return them.

The shoes we purchased looked cheap and nothing like advertised. Then, when we tried to return them, we had to accept a 60% refund or send them back to China at our expense. Very much a rip off,

I thought I was ordering through OrthoFeet. My sandals did arrive 2-3 weeks after order. Still thinking it was OrthoFeet, I was surprised at the very thin back strap and the flatness / stiffness of the sandal. They promote a 20% cashback, but expect you to use it even before your first pair arrives. They promote a 30-day return if not satisfied, but shoes must not be worn. Thankfully, I received the right size and did not take advantage of ordering a second pair. I would avoid this company since not really any way to return or get your money back.

They are the worse company. I tried to cancel order immediately after I saw it was Orthofit not Orthofeet. They then added another pair of shoes to my order - the same color and size. Who needs 2 pairs of the same?? I have sent many cancellation notices since ordering on Sep 27. Got shipment notice Oct 5th. No responses to any cancellation notices and their customer service is awful. You get a reply that they received but never any service.

Orthofit is a complete ripoff. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I'm keeping it simple for anyone who is considering this product. Don't consider, move on.

This is a scam company, they sell fake products the shoes are not orthopedic at all, the brands are Siketu for sandals which you can find online for $7 dollars retail price and the running shoes has no branding but you can find them on Aldi for $9 dollars, I’m still trying to get the return form and even after you return them they won’t give you the money back saying they can’t accept the return (based on other clients comments) it’s impossible to get through the customer service and you have to pay for the returning them.

The return policy is deceptive. I requested to return the shoes because they didn't have the support I need. OrthoFit has a 30-day full refund policy. Unfortunately you have to return them to China and the customer pays the shipping. The post office said that shipping would be $96 plus any customs fees or duties! They offered a 30% refund instead and I could keep the shoes.

The shoes were over a month to get to me. They did not fit properly and were shoddy workmanship. I'm now in 'return hell' with them, having to email every day just to try and get a response. I have yet to get a response and have no way to return these. Money wasted such a scam.
I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering, this has been such a frustrating experience

I then looked at the form. Pay attention to what it says-
the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, shoes that have been tried on are considered used and are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject returns if the items appear to have been used or damaged outside of our control.

They then say shoes must be sent to China and customers have to pay shipping and duty charges.

I purchased shoes that were sent to me wrong size, I spoke to Customer Service who sent me return ppwk, I paid for return that they knew was coming, and then their warehouse refused the return in China, so shoes were sent back to me again. Now Customer Service ignoring my request for full refund, claiming they need the shoes in order to refund, well why didn't they accept the return then? Sheisty business practices that I see from other clients is typical behavior for them. Would give them zero stars if could.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! BEWARE! We ordered a pair of shoes, paid a lot if money for them. Ordered a second pair...they were the cheapest pair of shoes.

My shoes were too wide. When I requested a refund they wanted me to send a picture wearing the shoes! Seriously? Unfortunately I just read all the reviews. Like many others I thought this was Orthofeet. I will never order from this company again. All I've been offered is $23 credit toward another purchase. Why would I buy anything else from this company? STAY AWAY!!

Shoe doesn’t fit, smells of chemicals. Made from cheap materials. Should disclose its made in China.

This is NOT ORTHOFEET. Don't get tricked. Their shoes are very poor quality. They automatically doubled my order and charged me twice. Then I couldn't cancel the order. Don't try to return them and get a refund. The shipping charges to China are higher than the cost of teh shoes.

Orthofit (the orthofitstore.com) is a clever rip of off a generally well-reviewed company Orthofeet (orthofeet.com). At first glance, Orthofit seems legitimate. In an online article in Best Health Reviews, “Senior Wellness Editor and Foot Health Writer” Sara J tells of her quest to find the “Top 5 Orthopedic Shoes for Bunions, Wide Feet, and Plantar Faciitis”. The clear winner is, of course, the Orthofit shoe with a laundry list of glowing remarks. It is followed by four name brand competitors, each with a couple of pros and a large list of cons. Research on Best Health Reviews and “Sara J” shows both to be bogus -- a complete fabrication by the Orthofit company.
On August 12, I ordered a pair of these miracle shoes. (Duh! I only researched the above article afterwards!) On August 31, they arrived in a plastic bag. They’re cheaply made, uncomfortable with zero support and slippery soles. They literally stink: rubber cement meets burning rubber. Orthofit’s claim that the shoes have a “clean modern design that looks like a regular sneaker” is complete hogwash!
The company makes returns nearly impossible. In repeated email communications with their customer service department, I was offered small amounts of “credit to my account” to be used on a future purchase – no need to return the shoes! All I wanted was a full refund and a shipping label to return the merchandise.
Orthofit’s final offer: a discount code worth $41 or a “cash refund” of $6.99 -- for my $69.95 shoes, and I had to pay for the shipping – back to China! Catch 22: “Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, shoes that have been tried on are considered used and are not eligible for return.” How do you know if shoes fit if you can’t try them on?!
Thank goodness for my vigilant credit card company and the bank that backs it. They recognized a scam when they saw it and acted accordingly.

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. If you order shoes, it says you can't return if you try them on. Plus it will cost bucks to return to China. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering and it did not happened. It is a terrible company.

The company mis handled my initial purchase and doubled my order. I noted the mistake right away and contacted their customer service, the reply was, "Your order can not be corrected because it has already entered processing at the warehouse, So I received 2 pair of identical worthless shoes and plan to donate both pair to Good Will and proceed to the nearest reputable shoe store and I advice you do the same, DON;T WASTE TIME AND OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

1st pair of shoes I ordered were fine, so I decided to order a second pair. The second pair was not a proper fit (very shoddy construction) so I asked for a refund. I was offered a $35 credit toward another purchase or a $5.99 refund. The shoes were $60. Will not purchase anything else from this company and will warn others about their unsatisfactory return policies and I hope everyone else who has been scammed by this company will do the same.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from theorthofitstore.com which have not been delivered. I am sure that this “store” is a scam. They do not have an address or phone number on their website. There is no way to contact them except thru a “Contact Us” page and all their replies are AI generated.

Here is what has happened:

I ordered a pair of shoes through their website.

• Order date: April 28, 2026, shipped: May 6, 2026
• Price $79.95
• I started contacting them June 24, 2026 because the shoes had not arrived.
• They gave me various reasons over time:
o They say they contacted the carrier but the carrier is not responding, or
o They cancelled my order because the shoes were poor quality, or
o They are out of stock.
• I asked for a refund. They refused.
• Their policy is that shoes need to be physically returned to China before they will give a refund.
• I can’t return them because I never received them.
• According to the tracking records, the shoes are still in transit.

I ordered another pair of shoes. The exact same things happened.

• Order date: July 28, 2026, shipped: August 6, 2026
• Price $79.95
• I contacted them again because the shoes had not arrived. They have given me these reasons:
o The shoes were poor quality, or
o They are out of stock.
• Again, I asked for a refund. They refused because of their policy (stated above).
• According to the tracking records, the second order #163126 shoes are still in transit now, as of 9-12-2026.
