Terrible eperience with this company!! Waited almost a month for delivery, only to receive shoes that were not only a different size, but also color than my order. I'm now in 'return hell' with them, having to email every day ust to get a response. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering, this has been such a frustrating experience

These shoes are CRAP!Thin material and not worth a nickel.What a piece of SHIT!

They sent me 2 of same size shoe! Neither one fit and after 16+ emails where they promised to send to their “review board” HA! HA!…and that was the end of it…they are a terrible group to deal with…not sure how they stay afloat??!! V. Meier

Shoes didn't fit so I've asked for a refund. I was offered to keep them and receive a percentage off my next purchase. I told them no, I would like a refund. Since then, there has been no response from the company. My request for refund was made August 18,2026.

After seeing the advertisement online for OrthoFIT I ordered shoes. I mistakenly thought they were OrthoFEET (a very highly reputable American company). They surprising did come in a timely manner. The shoes are very cheaply made with very poor quality products. They are comparable to shoes Walmart sells for about $20. Would not recommend and will not be ordering from them again. I should have looked at the online reviews before ordering. I will be ordering from Orthofeet instead.

The shoes haven't even arrived and I can tell it's a terrible company. They tricked me into even buying a second pair. My bad for trusting them. Immediately ask them to cancel the second pair but they said it was too late. I can't believe they are allowed to advertise on what I consider to be very reputable sites.

I bought work shoes that costs $59.95. I touched the inside with two of my fingers to test the insole for the supporting my feet needs to help my plantar fasciitis. I felt a regular thin insole the can be remove so easily. The material was itchy and cheap feeling like the cheap shoes finds on temu. The shoes couldn’t survive 3 months of overnight work in a warehouse let alone wearing them outside. I bought the July 28th and got them august 22. Requested a full refund on the 23rd and the kept try to give my discounts because I would have to pay close to $40 to $100 to internationally ship it back with the tags and original invoice. They could still reject my refund because of the conditions of the shoes I did not put on my feet. The highest discount was 60% or a 10% refund. I wanted the 60% discount but they did not have my shoe size. How was that possible when I bought a pair of sneakers in my shoe size.

If I could leave zero stars, I would!

This company is a scam. The shoes - if they arrive at all - are cheap, plastic garbage. Avoid at all costs.

It took 2 weeks to get the shoes. They said 7 to 10 days. The shoe size was at least 1 full size off. I tried to find a way to send the shoes back but no one answered the number I found and my repeated attempts at contacting them on their email always hit a dead end.
Very disreputable company. Not sure how they stay in business. Total scam!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this store - a pair of sandals and a pair of sneakers. The sandals came on time but didn't fit. They offered to let me keep them for a percentage off without having to mail them back. They were very cheap made but to mail them back to China would have cost too much and there was no way to track the return unless I was willing to pay more than than the sandals had cost me so I kept them and gave them to my daughter. Each time I asked about the $70.00 sneakers, they ignored me. I have contacted them many times. Finally, today I got an email offering me $10.00 for the $70.00 sneakers I had already paid for. I could not believe the audacity. I will never buy from them again and I'm writing this review to inform the public of their unacceptable business practices.

After supposedly getting a store credit for poorly made shoes, I tried to place an order and needed a code which they said was in my account. No such thing. You need a code. Several frustrating emails later, Giovanni Atienza told me that a credit had been given to my credit card. It was not!! Then he finally provided a code which I did not even try to use as this company is a nightmare to deal with.

AWFUL. Floppy shoes offering no support. Customer service is a joke. They claim the shoes have to be shipped back to China for $37., with reason to think you would then receive a refund. Ridiculous.

Is there a minus minus 10? I had tried to return a pair of shoes that I purchased online with ortho fit in June 2026. They have been giving me the runaround and only wanting to give me $8.99 refund. I have emailed an email telling them I’m sending it back but I’m afraid if I send it back they’re gonna say I’m not gonna give you the $59.99 that you purchased so I am really frustrated with them. They are not reputable. They don’t go by what their refund:return policy states. They are scam artists. BEWARE don’t buy anything from them.

I ordered a pair of 12 size shoes and was sent size 14 shoes . The company refused to correct their error.Refused to communicate after I asked for a refund.If anyone value their money under no circumstances should you deal with this company.

Oh dear, if only I had known to find these reviews before ordering the winter boots ! This has been an upsetting experience over 6 months. The boots, when they arrived, were far too small. I immediately contacted customer service and, although did everything to discourage me from returning them, I was determined to get my money back, so did everything required to do so. But, as others have found, this is impossible ! The boots got as far as China ($28Au post) but were , for some mysterious reason, held up in customs for weeks. I contacted the company several times and Australia Post during this time , even finding a number for them to ring at customs. At the end of this long and frustrating saga, the boots were finally returned - to me!! The final word from this so called company, as a sign of their goodwill, I could have 20% off any of their products and keep the useless boots!!! Who does one complain to get these sort of scams shut down?

I ordered a woman's size 10, and the shoes I received were too large so I tried to return them. The size they gave me was a EU 45, which is a men's 11, 11.5.

Not only did they give me the wrong size, they pushed me to buy more from their company, told me I would pay $20 to $40 in shipping to return them, then their policy is not to accept the return because my foot had been inside the shoe. I ended up settling with them for 20% return of what I originally paid. Extremely frustrating and a total scam company.

Definitely a scam. The merchandise is poorly designed and of very poor quality, especially considering the price. The merchandise is shipped from China according to tracking information, but then is re-packaged somewhere in the US. It takes a long time to arrive. Returns are discouraged by the company’s customer service, but if you insist, you must send it back to China. The company offers you a “discount” on another item if you agree to keep your original purchase. I purchased using a credit card and was able to dispute the charge because Orthofit failed to respond to the credit card company, and got my purchase price back. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would say no stars but not an option. dvertising is miseading. Be ware. I paid $60 for shoes which were horrible and tried to return for a refund. Did not wear them and they said they would only give me $5.00.
