All the instructors were very supportive, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I'm very glad I took this class to prepare me for the types of interview questions and how to answer with key words. Very much appreciate them reviewing my resume and how to improve it. A big thank you to each and everyone of the instructors for their time and dedication they all put into doing these classes!!!!

What I disliked the most was all the talks I had with the recruiter. He told me half truths then left out major pieces of information in the process of how things would go when in Orlando. What I liked the most was all the information we covered in the modules. I enjoyed going through the on hands training we had in Orlando.

What made it great was the people, They were helpful and very informative.

Spencer, Connie, and Kathy were amazing. But there should have been better communication. We were lied to about the information we received before coming here. And the interviews

It was very informative and great to join for the Airline

Learned a lot of important and useful skills and how to interview and gained amazing insight into the airline industry. Need to work on communication. Brought airlines in to interview with that I wasn’t the right age to. Spencer was an incredible mentor and offered amazing advice.

Everything was miscommunicated, and this school is just like social media presents, a scam. We were taught different than the tests, we had no real Uber driver. And we were told on multiple occasions, that we get a diploma, and separate certificate, which was false information. We got told the wrong ending time, and I had arrangements to leave after that time period, when in reality, I could hav elect almost a whole 24 hours before.

I was very displeased with the recruiter I spoke to. I was told almost every airline would be here to interview me upon graduation, I was told that by attending the airline academy I would NOT need to attend any training after being hired by an airline. The Daytona portion of classes I would have like to have more hands on learning rather than PowerPoint notes which were also online. I enjoyed working with Spencer and Kathy on interview techniques and would have liked to have more time working those skills.

Spencer and Cathy were a blessing so helpful, love lisa also so much. Jenifer Simso was also great! Love all of these people and will miss y’all.

The Airline Academy was amazing! I enjoyed how well Spencer, Lisa, Jen & all the instructors at JetBlue taught us everything in a short amount of time. I met some of the most genuine kindhearted people and I never went hungry! I will always be thankful for this experience!

I give 4 stars because of Lisa she was a little too straightforward. Other that that I had a great time with the team.
Spencer was so nice and always helpful. Thank you Spencer I appreciate you for who you are.

The Airline Academy gave me so much information on the aviation industry and prepared me for my future endeavors with airlines I might work for. I got accepted with two airlines that I interviewed with and I have another interview next month. It was seriously one of the greatest experiences of my life and I want to thank everyone who made that happen!

Great guidance and Instructors! Loved the Jet Blue experience! Anyone who is hesitant, Do.It!!!!

They very helpful and will help to reach your goal to becomes airflyattend. Spencer ,Jennifer and Lisa are above and beyond.

The airline academy was a wonderful place to train and prepare to be a flight attendant as well as make friends! Spencer is the best and is there to answer all the questions anyone had.

Excellent instructors and quite a lot of hands on training. The only thing that could be improved would be to give students more one on one interview prep. All around a great resource for individuals interested in becoming flight attendants, and I would definitely recommend the airline academy.

Spencer Elliot was the best part of the Airline Academy.
He was tireless in his efforts to make sure everything ran on time, the way it was supposed to, with enough
ABC in the extinguishers to complete the drill for everyone. Nobody was left unattended, was left out of the party, was left unheard, or unseen. All though it was obvious there was some tension mid session, he carried on with grace and composure, and was complimented by our class for his strength. We all admired and respected him wholeheartedly.

To have the chance to get hands on experience and to understand the duties and responsibility as a flight attendant was absolutely priceless.

Lisa and Spencer were a great compliment to each other. Spencer's support helped through the stress. Lisa's focus on following the strict directions was also super important. Food was amazing. Loved the afternoon snack and really appreciated Spencer being there in the evening to answer questions and some quality time. And thank you for the interviews with Skywest and United. I really appreciate that. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this class for other interested people.
