The Airline Academy Reviews 

I will be forever grateful with The Airline Academy and The JetBlue University for every experience that I had and learned everything that I need to know for the aviation industry.

This experience was definitely enjoyable, but the Homewood hotel in Daytona beach had roaches in our room and we had to switch to another one. The maintenance was horribly disorganized i had to inspect the room while they were staring at us. And people just need better communication to people. Overall I enjoyed my stay as much as possible.

Class 09/09/22 to 09/14/22
I would like to express my gratitude for having been part of the training program for the above referenced period.
The program and the curriculum were, I believe, very organized, educational and constructive.
Being trained at the JetBlue training facilities was as much of an actual experience as one could ask for, with the simulators and very good and knowledgeable instructors.
The instructors were all very helpful and ready to answer our questions in an effort to overcome our weaknesses. All instructors were very helpful and timely in giving us lunch breaks and snacks.
Everyone was great but I would like to especially recognize the efforts of Spencer, Kathy, Bill and Jacob, I believe they went above and beyond their duties to train us.
Thank you all !!!

The experience on site was great and exciting but the misinformation from my recruiter led me to believe the program was more then it actually was. The rest of the staff was great and very helpful though

I love the airline academy, they were all helpful and informing. I got a job right after and I don’t feel nervous at all going to training after going to the academy!! Thank you to all the instructors for everything!

I had the best time ever, everyone that I met was so nice, I have learned so much from this experience, I will take what I learned here and apply it for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!!!!

Went through very well planned training to set me up for the aviation industry. I met friends i look forward to meeting up with again. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in becoming a FA.

I enjoyed my experience at the Airline Academy very much. I learned more than I ever expected. I not only learned about the Aviation world I learned more about myself. I never thought I would be able to stand in front of a group and tell about myself. The instructor made me feel very at ease. Every instructor taught us useful information and shared their personal work experience. I would like to thank each and every one of them with a special thanks to Kathy Stanford.

Airline to Success
I loved my experience in the academy. I was able to get first hand experience at a major US Airline along with meeting new future flight attendants. The week I spent in training have been great and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Overall it was a wonderful experience with loads of helpful information. I was lucky enough to have been placed with an amazing roommate who I clicked with instantly. Although there were some people here for the wrong reason it hasn’t changed my image or gratefulness for the opportunity. One thing I do think that would be a good idea is when we first come in you start off with the test to get a gage at what is it going to be like then the actual test at the end to see who did better worse or the same. But thank you for everything and thank you Jill for choosing our group to tag along with! Was so much fun with your energy!

This was a great learning experience. More games to learn airport codes would be helpful and beneficial.
I do have to say although you are all teaching us core values and giving tough love to prepare us, the words that were used were not the best for confident building skills. Maybe don’t group those of us who did study very hard into the group that didn’t study hard. That is us who missed 7,8,9 were not those who got 20, 22, and 26 wrong.

It was amazing, the staff was was great. I learn a lot about the airline industry and I look forward to use the information I have to become a great flight attendant.

I loved being here at the Airline Academy, it showed me the ins and outs of the aviation business and provided me with information that will help me down the line in my career!
