Buyer beware

Decided to go with this company because they seemed to be an American company, but that was not the case.

We went back and forth for a month trying to get a PVC patch made, and every proof they sent was completely different. They could not even fix a simple revision on our logo proof.

I finally called to speak with someone since we had already paid for the order, and it was clear they were not an American based company. I asked for a refund, and they approved it, saying it would take about two weeks.

Here we are a month later with no refund and no response to any emails sent.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Just got my latest order in and I am blown away by the quality. If you need custom morale patches, this is the spot.

The Highlights:

Not American

Every word that comes out of their mouths is a lie. They are not American. They are all in Pakistan. Patches were not to spec. They said they would remake and send within a week. Call back a week and half later, not even started on making the patches. Adhesive was terrible on the patches, had to purchase and apply my own adhesive to ensure adherence. The patch literally fell off leaving the adhesive on the material. Zero communication on delivery. I had to ask numerous times for tracking numbers. Do not do any exchanges with them. They only use 2 names Robert or Mike. None of them remember each time you call them. Imposters. Do not trust!

We have already replaced your order and kept you informed throughout the process. We operate with production facilities both in the USA and overseas, including our facility in St. George, Utah. At no point was it specified that you required production exclusively in the USA, otherwise we would have ensured that arrangement.

Regarding the delay, we acknowledge that there was a setback and we sincerely apologize for that. However, we did follow through by remaking and reshipping your order.

As for the adhesive concern, we take quality seriously and will review this internally to prevent similar issues in the future.

We always aim to maintain clear communication and resolve concerns promptly, and we regret if this was not reflected in your experience. If there’s anything further we can do to make this right, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
