Great products and amazing customer service, fast delivery too

Ordered 16th march, cost 21.99. Emailed to let them know I hadnt received and tracking was showing as returned to sender. They said they sent another (which hasnt arrived) and they said it was delivered. Apparently gone to the wrong address and was returnedvto sender. I have been told i cant have a refund or replacement. I think this may be a scam.

If I could award more than 5 stars I definitely would!! First time of ordering from this company and it restores my faith in online stores - only wish the rest could be this good, reliable and honest! Ordered on 10 Mar; parcel received in good condition on 12 Mar and contained 6 freebies which were relevant to me (how did they know this - mind readers?) as they were for healthy snacks and I have been trying to cut out unhealthy snacks. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from this company again. Well done American Store - you are amazing!!

Ordered hazelnut liquid coffee mate creamer for my husband who loves his coffee.
It arrived within the stated 2 - 4 business working days and just in time for Valentine’s Day morning coffee with some freebie snacks thrown in for good measure.
Thought that was a lovely touch, thank you.
The price was also the best I’d seen in my search for the item and I had updates on confirmation of my purchase and when it was dispatched and on it’s way.
The only little down side and the reason I rated my review as a 4 and not a 5, was because the cap of the bottle had broken off when it arrived, good thing is there was an inner top too so there were no spills, so it’s all good.
I’ll definitely be ordering more from you.

Had a first order delivered and one of the cans had burst soaking the cereal boxes I ordered good communication and recieved a 40% refund that's what you call excellent customer service other companies don't have this level of customer service will definitely be ordering again good job
