I purchased 3 sets of earring from Ardant and I had issues with a pair. I contacted Customer Support who were soo nice and supportive they assisted me so quickly and would send me updates on how my case was going. Definitely will be buying again! When I purchased the no back hoops I was recovering from surgery so I was laying back a majority of time. These were so comfortable and never felt like they were pinching me. Very comfy!

Ardant's earrings are low-quality and poorly designed. I had a pair of Stay Close hoops that snapped after less than a year of regular wear. I reached out to Customer Support to try and resolve the issue, and they insisted that I did not handle the earrings "gently" enough and refused to replace them. They offered me a 20% discount to buy another pair. What a scam. Low durability is a business model for them. Don't fall for it. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I love the look and ease so much!! Especially as someone who has decreased feeling in my hands and fingers… these were so easy to put in. My only issue is that my hair does catch on them, and that is probably also because my piercing extend up my ear. Overall I am loving these and already purchased another set of three to complete my entire ear in ARDANT ease and beauty!!!

I absolutely love this brand and these earrings. I ordered and received them quickly and immediately put them in my ears. They have stayed in my ears since. I love the low maintenance of them and the high quality and beauty of them.

I can now leave them in as long as I want without any sensitivity. I have 3 piercings in each ear, and I haven't worn earrings in two of them for a couple years. I purchased 3 pairs of Ardant hoops, put all 6 earrings in at the same time and though my ears were a little sore at first, I've had them in for several days now with no sensitivity!

Ardant's earrings are the most comfortable I've ever worn! So easy to insert and they stay in place even while sleeping.

I wanted secure earrings that I didn’t have to remove and finally found them with Ardent. The bubble hoop earrings are perfect. I don’t even realize I have them on and do not feel them at all when sleeping. The clasp feels secure. Highly recommend!

First off I ordered two earrings- unfortunately either they fell out or something happened where I did receive one pair.. I am grateful that Ardants customer service team went above and beyond my expectations for sending the second pair to me. Customer service was amazing, sometimes unfortunate things happen beyond anyone’s control- their team understood this and made the wrong right! My daughters love these earrings- they have no complained at all since I put them in! (They have sensitive ears and everything makes them get infected) With these earrings 1 of my girls are two months into wearing them and NO infections! The other one is a few days into wearing them and no negative reactions!

The earrings are classy, and comfortable! Also, the company is really great and attentive. I had trouble with my order, the post office had a glitch in their system and lost my package, and the company helped me track it down and sent me a replacement when the package was lost in the postal system. That's above and beyond. The customer service was great, the earrings are perfect, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I got my 3 pairs in, and Love the fact they don't dig in my head when I sleep!! Makes it all worth it!!!

Customer service was excellent! Olivia Grace was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me come to a resolution due to me not received my package. I was very bummed but her kindness and compassion made the interaction a very positive one!

I love Ardant's earrings! They are low maintenance and minimal. I was concerned with the metals/sensitivity toward the metals and they have exceeded my expectations. They are wonderful! I get compliments on these earrings often.

I discovered these bands about a year ago. I now have 10. I have a very small wrist and I am able to fir these to my wrist perfectly. I had an issue with one band and true to their word it was replaced after communicating with customer. High quality, wide variety of styles, Highly recommend.

After I made a mistake with my delivery address (completely my own fault!), the Ardant team went above and beyond to help me resolve it, despite the immense time pressure of my family’s upcoming relocation to Switzerland.
