I had an issue with a broken earring and the customer service was quick and wonderful! It had been months since the purchase so there was no replacement option but was offered a generous discount for a future purchase. I will make a purchase in the very near future because I truly love these earrings!

They are so comfortable I forget I’m wearing them!

I love my hoop earrings I purchased. I wear them almost everyday and haven’t had any issues with them tarnishing! I get compliments on them often!

I love Ardant earrings. I can finally sleep in earrings with no pain or pressure ( as a side sleeper). I leave them in all the time. No yucky stinky stuff to adhere to earring backs, since there are none . Will definitely order more.

When I had a knee replacement I had a major metal issue. It was so bad they had to redo the knee with something else. Since then earrings were impossible, even 14K gold. I tried others that claimed hypoallergenic, and still had problems. These earrings are amazing!!!!! I have no issues and I even sleep in them. I'm a happy girl!! I've ordered at least 18 pair and there are more I want.

I ordered the earrings on 07/02/2026.
They were so small they didn't fit over my earlobes.
I asked to return the earrings and had to prove that they hadn't been worn, which I did.
I returned the earrings on 07/17/2026.
After numerous emails,
they told me that they can't locate my return package. Apparently, their warehouse is so jam packed with returned earrings that they are unable to locate my package.
Their customer service is awful!! They have the earrings that I returned and they still have my $150.00
What a terrible experience.

Very disappointed with these earrings. Buyer beware. They claim they stay in ur ears so u wont loose them. I LOVED everything about these earrings. My first pair. I had them about a month. Went to take them off before bed only to realize that i had lost one. I emailed customer service and their reply was we r sorry but since they arrived to you as a pair we cant offer a replacement. But they offered me a 20%off coupon. I can tell you this i am NOT spending another $70 on a pair of earrings that i lost one doing normal everyday activities and then they wont help me out. I was hoping they would send me one and i was gonna use the clear plastic backs on them. Beautiful earrings. Great quality. But they do fall out. So beware! I was going to attach a screen shot of their ad saying that you wont lose them but i cant attach anything here.

These earrings are fantastic, I have very sensitive skin .
For many years I have struggled and have to give up and take earings out , but not these🙏☺️👍

The product is great the dispatch and shipping is absolutely ridiculous. It took SO long to dispatch I got 2 seperate emails saying they were preparing my order (2 tiny little earrings) and it took another week for them to actually ship.

Their description of the earrings was right on. They are SO comfortable to wear day and night! You don’t even know you have them on! Love them and thinking about buying a set for my granddaughter.

The earrings are a little tricky to get in the first time but don’t bother my horribly sensitive ears at all and they stay in no problem.

I really like the ease and comfort of the earrings! Took a little effort to get in (my first hole wasn’t pierced straight so not unusual) but once in, it’s been a breeze! They move around in my sleep occasionally, but haven’t fallen out. My only wish is that the gem was a little smaller.

I loved these adorable earrings, but one snapped in half after only wearing for 5 months. Not worth it and was only offered a 15% discount by customer service to replace the pair.

Their website states: "Our Stay Close Hoops fit every ear. Due to their 18K gold vermeil nature, they're slightly bendable and can be lightly pinched to hug your ears snugly for a perfect fit."

I never applied heavy pressure, so for me, it seems like the material isn't durable.

I bought these hoops specifically to help me with sensitive piercing that was giving me endless trouble. It was always inflamed and bled often. Traditional post earrings did not allow the hole to breathe, and made sleeping on that side unbearable. The before photo was taken on the first day I started wearing the Ardant hoops. You can see my ear is quite irritated and angry. The after photo was taken today, after one month of constant wear, and my piercing is totally healed and painless. Needless to say, I love these earrings and highly recommend them to anyone with sensitive piercings. They also look so cool!

WOW, Love ardants earrings and they have the best customer service I've ever experienced! I had always been able to wear any kind of earrings until a few years ago, then I started having an adverse reaction to any earrings I use. I searched for a long time, finally decided on these and I am so glad I did! I've had them in for a few hours and no issues at all, before I would have to take them out after five minutes. They're beautiful and extremely comfortable.
My order had been delayed because one of the pairs had been put on backorder, right after I ordered them. I emailed CS and I heard back from them the same day. We emailed back and forth a few times and they were always on top of it and so very nice. I spoke with both Meghan and Isabelle and they were very professional, very nice and cared about the customer! I will order again just because of their customer service. Having amazing earrings is just a bonus! Thank you ladies for all your help!

These earrings are not made for people with small ear lobes, I tried them and they do not stay upright because they are not balanced to the gemstones on the front. Given that I tried them they are not eligible for a return but a 15% discount on a new purchase? Customer service agent was expedient but the business model is serves only the business not so much the customer. Wish they fit but don’t trust to buy the “mini” which happened to come out a few days after I ordered mine.

They shipped my order to the wrong address even after confirming the correct address with me, then they refuse to give me a refund when my order never arrived.

Drop shipping experience. Pack arrived repackaged from 3rd party.
