Great products at reasonable prices and it's great they deliver saves carparking and fuel costs. Meat products are great quality as are the pies which are made on thr premises.
I order a meat box from The Artisan Butcher most weeks, the quality is head and shoulders above the supermarkets and great value for money. Delivered to the door too. Why shop at supermarkets?

We’ve ordered our Christmas turkey crown from Artisan Butchers for the past three years, and it never disappoints. The quality is outstanding — we’re always complimented on how beautifully succulent the turkey is.

Great quality local butchers
Great quality local butchers, really good prices and package deals. I have used the Artisan butcher for my deliveries for the last 2 years including chrismas orders and have never been disappointed. They deliver to kenilworth, and are always friendly.

Delivery option
Confusion on the website over delivery to a local address in Warwick & no apology when I called in to collect my order.

I don’t usually write reviews
I don’t usually write reviews, but I was genuinely taken back by the service I received today.
I’d planned to spend a fair amount of money, I understood I arrived close to closing time (3.45pm, they close at 4pm) but because of this the butcher simply couldn’t be bothered to prepare my order.
I’m sharing this in the hope the owner takes note.
As a fellow small-business owner I know how important loyal customers are and it’s not easy when you don’t know what’s going on in your own shop with the team you trust to serve people well.
Turning people away while the shop is still open just because the task might run a few minutes past closing risks driving those customers elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt disappointed, but we do want to clarify our position.
Our shop hours are clearly stated, and our butchers often start their day as early as 4am. We fully support them finishing on time to maintain a healthy work–life balance.
For larger or more complex orders, we recommend using our website to pre-order, so everything is prepared and ready for collection right up until closing.
We’ll always do our best to serve within our hours while also looking after the wellbeing of our team, and we’d be glad to welcome you back in the future.
