My print has warped badly
Bought a large Bauhaus 'dot' print in December last year. It was kept in a room where the temp never falls below 21-22C. It has warped badly. Contacted the company on July 30. Zero response.

Apparently my email went to their junk folder. They have just sent out a replacement 13.08.2025. So the issue is resolved.

This is my third time ordering from The Art Print Company and it's never been anything other than a first class experience. This time I accidentally chose the wrong border colour and emailed them asking if it was possible to change that and they replied straight away saying it's not a problem. Regarding your suggestion, the Canvas Framed Print can easily be hung using just a couple of nails or screws. You can use the recess on the back of the frame to ensure it sits flush against the wall for a clean, polished look.
