I loved the fact that the product is made here in the UK from Welsh slate. The website was so easy to navigate with the ability to create a mock up effect of what your chosen design will look like. The results are outstanding. All residents are delighted with the outcome. Super efficient service, arrived within a week, excellently packaged for safe arrival, if I could give it more stars I would.

Had a big slate sign made and very pleased, had to look like a premium product in the place we put it, and it does.

I was impressed with everything: the design options, the communication/responsiveness, ease of paying, the finished product itself and even the eco-conscious packaging. We had a small issue, which got resolved very easily, which was also very satisfying. The price is fair, even if cheaper options are available elsewhere.

Perfect service and product

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. Whilst the sign itself is ok, the hidden fixings and the method of attaching them to the wall are a joke. Squeeze in some superglue and shove the metal pistons in and the glue spills everywhere. It is all down my wall and I can’t get rid of it and it looks terrible. I contacted the company to ask for advice on what to do and to let them know that their hidden fixing method was a poor one. I haven’t heard anything back. I emailed again and nothing. Very poor customer service. It doesn’t take much to respond to one email, never mind two. I wouldn’t have left a trustpilot review had they had the decency to acknowledge their daft instructions have left a permanent mark on my wall. I would not use again.

Really like my slate number plate, perfect size for where it’s for, few compliments on it already.
Unfortunately the hidden fixings are sooooo not worth the extra £10 paid, the glue and screws could be got for few pounds in local shop, shame as it tinged the overall purchase!!
