I purchased two house signs for my daugther and son in laws new home, and found the website very easy to use, and place my order, I received plenty of notifications, so I knew how my order was progressing, and when it was mailed out, with full tracking details. And my daughter loves the signs.

The sign itself is beautiful and arrived quickly and well packaged. I ordered the free invisible fixings which might have been ok but the 2 metal rods dried at different angles and so trying to get it fixed straight has been impossible. Probably my fault but wish there had been a bit more help with fixings for the novices amongst us.

Ordered a slate house sign which arrived in a timely manner BUT the packaging was inadequate & the edge of the slate is chipped. I've e-mailed asking about the returns process and heard nothing. Extremely disappointed as the piece cost more than £180.

Really well made sign. Thick slate, great lettering, easy to fit. I went for a sign with pre drilled holes, comes with rawl plugs and screws.
Play about with the lettering on their website, lots of choices.
May even get some more for family Xmas presents.
