My problem is notwithstanding the service, rather who are thebikerooms?(tbr)

I wanted to order an extra item recently and contacted the number I thought was tar, i.e. the Swindon shop I've dealt with in the past.

I'm told that this is now Pinarello UK, with no connection to tbr. This is odd as tar appear to be part of Yellow, who import Pinarellos into the UK.

What is also confusing is the emails I get from tar quote the number I tried to the Swindon shop.

Confused!?!

After an initially good experience at the Manchester branch I ordered a Dogma K10DSS in October with a delivery date of March. At the end of March having not heard anything I chased delivery to be told that The Bike Rooms werbeing bought by Pinarello and all deliveries were delayed. After a further two weeks I still had not heard anything and rang the store. I was then told that the frame was on a delivery due later that week. The following week I received an email saying that the frame wasn’t on the delivery. There was no explanation and no promised delivery date. I sent a reply and have not had an answer in nearly a week. An extremely frustrating experience given the lack of communication and definite information.
