Great piece of kit - notified of dispatch and arrived before the advertised date. Can't fault the service.
Big investment and risk in trying a pair of photochromatic lenses as opposed to buying a multiple lens kit. Heard good reviews and I have a pair of Rudy project glasses for driving in. These are great - first mile thought is wasn't wearing them with the range of visibility -

Happy to take your money (and offer no discount because of their monopoly of Pinarello in the UK) but when things go wrong the excuses starts. Bad experience, very disappointed. Bike went back twice for noises, tried to say I was imagining it, finally they admitted it was noisy and stripped it down to brace the internal Di2 cables and regrease everything. Got the bike back and first ride on it the non drive side crank slipped round 45 degrees. Wouldn't accept responsibility, saying I had loosened the bolts looking for noises, even though they were the last people to touch it. Cost me £150 for a new chainset. Won't be going back but what do they care, they have my money. Disgusting service.

The service is not up to the standards of other mainstream retailers and does not reflect well on the excellent quality of the products they sell and represent.

I bought a couple of gear hangers for my Pinarello FP2. The price was the best anywhere and they were OEM not after-market. The price was 25% less than the next best and they were delivered very efficiently. Best price and quick delivery - can't do better than that!

The Bike Rooms is a great example of the modern bike shop. Every facet of cycling equipment can be obtained at the shop, the needs of which can be discussed with any member of staff, while you watch highlights of last years Tour (or a live event depending on the date), while enjoying a fantastic cup of coffee. I've met most of the staff, and the owner, of the Bike Rooms, and I found them all very happy to help me and sociable too. Great shop. I love the bike I bought from them, and the kit ive bought over the years too. Would highly recommend a visit.
