Our 40 kg golden retriever, Buddy, looks so comfy in his Brooklyn, I think I'll get one for myself.

Not as expected, pretty disappointing, Got the largest size and it just lacks fill and does not hold its shape. My blue English staffy lays inside it and the entire bed tilts like it has no weight to it. It’s a shame Sash dog beds closed down they were amazingly premium and lasted years.

Delivery went great. I haven’t opened the bed, as we had to put our dog Penny down the same day it turned up. We will be keeping it for the next doggy.

Such fast delivery, beautiful product. Had to take the plastic off mattress. My dog didn't like the crunching sound.

Total scam show. The product is poor and it’s not really a free refund. Costs a fortune to send the bed back. They only process refunds once per month. Basically an arbitrage. Their big claim in Canada is that the bed “ships from Toronto” or “ships from Montreal”. Don’t waste your time or money. Just visit a local pet store or franchisee. This outfit sucks. The multiple domains and different web interfaces should have been the clue. #scam

The round deep sleep bed has completely calmed our sometimes-anxious puppy. He absolutely loves it, and we love seeing him all cuddled up, cosy, and sleepy. It’s become his favourite little spot! 🐶❤️

I found this company very prompt with delivery. The quality of the product is excellent. I have an old dog , he snuggles into his bed and won’t get out. He loves his bed. I would buy Brooklyn again.

Well made and our dog loves it. This is our second one for our dog - one downstairs and one upstairs. The only bed has hasn’t tried to destroy. Would highly recommend.

Really prompt delivery, the product puffed up nicely and our old dog absolutely loves it. Snuggles into it until he almost disappears. He had an old Brooklyn bed and this one seems much better with improved padding on the base

This is our second Brooklyn, I purchased the new version of bed because our old one was a bit smelly and washing it was a pain because it took so long to dry.
ANYWAY - new bed arrived only a few days after ordering and Nelly hasn't slept on my bed since she loves it and the higher more padded edges are perfect she rests her head on it and snores away (that isn't such a good thing)LOL

I ordered the medium and large dog beds and my dogs love them! They were shipped quickly after I placed my order. I'm 100% happy with these beds and would recommend them.

Our pup loves his new Nest bed! The first bed he hasn’t tried to ‘mate’ or chew. He actually wants to go to bed in it and stays in it all night, he used to climb into our bed half way through the night. This has been the best buy for all of us!

Great quality beds that my dogs love! Fast delivery!

I ordered the Deep Sleep 2XL pet bed in March 2026. Shortly after, it got a hole in it…my dog is not overly destructive and we have two other dog beds that don’t have any holes after a year of using them. The material of the Deep Sleep is very thin. After that, the main zipper to the liner broke. All of this happened within the first 3 months of owning this bed. When I reached out to customer service, they said the most they could offer me is a $6.80 discount on a new liner (yeah…as in, not even a full $7). They only offer free replacements if damage happens within the first 30, apparently. These are not inexpensive beds so I’m incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the product and their customer service.

Quick delivery and great product. My dog loves it!

I bought the original Brooklyn calming dog bed and it was soft, felt premuim, and the dog loved it. I needed a bigger bed, so bought one recently, INSTANT regret. It feels rock hard, uneven, doesn't sit right. The shaggy cover has a much cheaper plastic feel. The sides sit like big walls and no amount of massaging or fluffing makes any difference. Dog rarely uses it and prefers to sit on the floor. So, ends up being an expensive piece of trash...in the bin.
