The Brooklyn Pet Beds Reviews

The product is quite good and our dog loves it. It is his second bed we have purchased over the years. This design with the washable cover and more stuffing is a definite improvement on a bed that he already loved.

Although there is more stuffing in the centre of the bed, it does seem to flatten out. If it could be a solid piece in the centre, I believe it would retain its shape more.

We would have given five stars but the delivery company was extremely frustrating to contact and it was difficult to provide specific delivery instructions. If we could have provided the instructions upon ordering, it would have saved a lot of effort trying to get the package delivered.

Prompt delivery, plus an excellent product. Out pooch just loves all 3 that we have. June

The bed came quickly and fluffed up perfectly after opening. My dog loves it! This is the second bed I have ordered - they are excellent quality and look quite nice in any room. I especially like that they are made in CANADA! Highly recommend.

Old dog is now alot more relaxed in the evenings on his new bed, not getting up and down constantly.

Amazing communication and quick delivery, even to my rural address. This improved bed is fantastic for my my old dogs joints and so great that the covers are now removable so can be washed

Quick shipping and great products 10/10 🤍

Exact product description, quick delivery, fast and efficient. Mostly our dog loves her new bed.

I’ll tell you about both my rescue dogs experience. They absolutely love it, my arthritic dog chooses to use his new bed, it’s easy for him to get into. My other dog is very anxious and she burrows in and feels very safe. I got the larger one and they have plenty of room for the both of them. (Medium poodle, shtizhu, staffy x and Maltese fox terrior x)
It’s light so when we go away, it’s easy to put in the car and transport into where we are staying.

The only thing I’d say could be improved is maybe having a waterproof cover for the sides. Though I imagine that would cost more. Overall the Nest bed is amazing. My dog loves it.

Easy to order turned up vacuum sealed, and once unpacked it got better and better as it settled. The dog had been loving it since we’ve brought it. First thing that stopped her jumping up on the bed

Fast delivery. Reasonably priced. And most importantly my dog Ernie loves his new bed. It relaxes and calms him for sure.

Easy order/fast delivery/pink n fluffy/my border collie loves it /she disappears into the memory foam I got X/l with Brooklyns advise best bed ever my 9 year old pampered princess gives it 10/out of 10
Thanks

Ordering online was simple. Delivery was made as advertised. I bought the Nest cooling bed and I couldn’t be any happier with the choice I made. The bed is firm with a perfect height rim cushion surrounding it. The cooling side does work really well and my dog is in it all the time. I would recommend this bed to anyone and would not hesitate to purchase another when/if the time comes!!,

Great service - quick and efficient
My baby loves his new bed

easy to order. arrived in time my dog loves it and I have another cover so it is easy to wash and replace

We bought a new pet bed to replace the old worn out one that our Lab has used for the last 5 years. It arrived quickly and our dog loves it. It is well made and has loads of stuffing. A great product.

Ordered the Brooklyn Deep Sleep pet bed, in size 2XL. This bed came well and truly "puffed up", contrary to the instructions. I wrote and told them that I felt it was faulty as I couldn't get it smooth, or flatter so my border collie could climb on it. The round insert was lumpy and pronounced and the outer was bulky and the bed didn't sit flat. I felt the bed was definitely not the quality that the slick website advertising said it was and didn't look like any of the photos on the site. The company responded promptly saying this was normal and stated I could adjust it as the filling is flexible, there was nothing flexible about this bed. In the end they stated I could return it but once its opened it isn't going back into that box and paying for the postage on such a large item adds insult to injury. The way they replied to the other 1-2 star reviews, I also felt I would spend the money returning it for them to find some other reason why they couldn't/wouldn't refund the purchase. I tried everything but the middle was just too full and high with the filling so I tried replacing the inner with other cushioning. Even then, interestingly enough neither of my dogs would lie on the bed. They usually will lie on a paper bag if you put it on the floor, but they dislike this bed intently. At no point did the company accept the bed was faulty and not fit for purpose and if you look at all their 1-2 star reviews they seem to have the same issue and blame the purchaser. Save yourself the insult, the time and some money and just go get one from Kmart - they deliver and its easy to take back if its faulty. I agree with the other 1 star reviews - Poor customer service, poor quality product and overpriced in this market, which I would be happy to pay if it met the advertised product.
