Ordered twice recently and both times the sweets came quickly and well packaged and of course yummy

This sweet place I found on tik tok and I love there platters in the last 3/ months months I have ordered over 10 platters and there amazing and they do a really good discount atm and it’s just a good variety they do buckets bags and many different more but the sweet platters are just amazing

Quick delivery, some items were out of stock and replaced with appropriate items. Would definitely order from again!

My daughter loved the freeze dried candy. The delivery was good, the packaging is really good quality and can be resealed. there was a good choice and the only lace i could find where you can pick your own. Overall very satisfied and will certainly be ordering again.

Avoid at all cost. Awhile month went by and no package dont waste time or money

Sent only 9/24 items and most were bashed up as they don’t even pack the delivery properly.

No email to say when the rest will be delivered. I’ve contacted them on email and TikTok and they just ignore it. I spent a lot of money with them and I tipped them and this is the thanks I get??? Order not fulfilled and not even an email back to sort it out. Absolutely disgraceful! How they get away with treating customers like this!! Please please please avoid them at all costs.

Also do not pay for next day delivery as they will not delivery next day!!!!

Terrible customer service, don’t reply to emails and didn’t even send the order. It wasn’t until I went to PayPal resolution centre when I actually received an email…nearly a month after I placed the order! I wouldn’t recommend this, which is a real shame because I imagine it could be a great business.

Terrible wait times, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and still not received anything, not sure I will at this point. Sent a couple of messages with no reply, they’re always active on TikTok though, ha. Terrible customer service, certainly won’t be ordering again.

Honestly I just wouldn’t bother ordering. Ordered a month ago and they take weeks to reply to any emails. Said they’ll send it out asap and i checked over a week after they said that and it’s still with the sender. More bothered about tiktok videos than actually fulfilling orders.

Ordered on the 17th of july and didn't receive my order until 3 weeks later, When emailing the company they replied 8 days later saying they were in the middle of moving offices and they were unsure of where my order was. If your struggling on fulfilling orders on time then maybe they should of shut off online orders until they were capable again, When my order finally arrived i was missing 9 items! And they had the audacity to offer me 10% off my next order, Like i was ever going to order again! The candy works suprise mix i also ordered didnt contain ANY of the sweets they said you'd get, I received a bag of out of date chewing gum and a few lollipops. AVIOD at all costs if you dont want to be disappointed.

Really good service, I ordered from their website after seeing them on TikTok, as I went to put my address in I got the house number wrong, I emailed them, and witching 15 mins they responded unlike any other sweet places on TikTok, emails went back and forth, they then said that they would contact me when my parcel goes back to them to sort out my address, they have been so helpful and lovely over email, and I would definitely buy from here again and recommend to a friend.
