Ordered a personalised card for my son’s 21st. It was a newspaper look card with milestones of his birth year. I was able to add our milestones which were added perfectly. I was really impressed. My son loved all the information on the card and it made a lovely keepsake. The card was on good quality paper, clear printing and arrived promptly. I will definitely order from them again.

The card bought for my granddaughters 1st holy communion was so lovely, I had looked at many sites for one , but this one was perfect, her name on the front was written beautifully and message inside was too .The quality of the card was 1st class I would definitely recommend The Card Zoo delivered on time .

Nice items but dreadful service - paid extra for 24hr delivery yet took days to arrive. Items missed out of the order which were then also not sent on priority delivery service & arrived so late they were redundant as missed the intended event. Extremely poor service response - emails ignored until a week later, tried to call & was told by the person I spoke to that I couldn't speak to customer service via phone (so whats the point of a phone number)! When they finally replied by email a week later they said they had been 'closed' - absolutely ludicrous as a response & demonstrates their very poor attitude to customer care.
Totally frustrating experience - don't recommend ordering at all & won't be doing so again.

Was so pleased with my purchase. Expected it to be thin paper but was good quality card. Followed my extra instructions - Asked for specific colouring/wording and company obliged. Very good quality printing/very sharp. Arrived quickly. Easy website to negotiate.

Hi everyone outthere I ordered a card for my grandson 3rd birthday i or this on the 1st and now it's the 8th and no card they are a waste of time I told them I want my money back i got to known go and buy a other card for his birthday keep away from these robbery b...... i payed £8 and they said it was 2nd class no way £8 for 2nd class I would like to know how much 1st class would be it don't cost that to go and buy one why I had it from these I always.used them but no more

I bought an acrylic house number plaque it is absolutely beautiful I love it , I recommend this company to everyone, product is great , delivery wonderful , I will be back to buy other things soon, very pleased I found this company.

Myself and my brother ordered surprise birthday invites for our dad's 80th birthday, when ordering on line your never really sure, quality, how they would look.
All I can say is wow, everything was done perfectly including it's such a surprise so don't tell mum.
Quality of invites high spec as are the envelopes.
Attention to detail including font for words amazing.
Fast turn around too.
Highly recomend this company.

Fantastic Company. I was looking for a card depicting a Porshe, well low and behold I found The Card Zoo and the card I wanted. I could personalise the card on the front with a cracking picture of a Black Porshe and choose a size in which I chose A4. When it was delivered it was WOW and I'm sure the recipient will be over the moon. I was really pleased with the price. 10/10 whish I could give more.

Lovely bright colours, quality card and perfect layout.
The pricing is reasonable and delivery was quick. So worth the cost for personalised invites my little one loves, but saving me a job of writing invites out over and over! We’ll be ordering again and would recommend 😊

The Quality is excellent and it is a refreshing change to find a truly original card with the option to personalise.
I made a mistake and contacted the company and they changed the personalisation for me with absolutely no fuss. I cannot rate this card or the company highly enough and definitely recommend them.

Ordered a fnaf birthday card for my grandson as he's a big fan, it was great I could get grandson, age and name on the card. so exactly what I wanted. Order in plenty of time to avoid high postage costs though

After receiving a very lame excuse from card zoo about adding a photo which I added WITH MY ORDER AS IT STATES, as you can add a photo when you place a your order or if you place one after your order add the order number well don’t bother with sending a photo with your order or after using the order number well they reply to me is they don’t feel they should of added a photo as it’s not a photo something like that ( see their response to me ) it’s very misleading but they was happy to take my £10.49 I paid for the card without any hesitation, disgraceful the only thing I can say the material they actually use for the card is of quality, I have NO INTENTION of purchasing from them again yet again I repeat what I said in my 1st review is that if they have no intention on adding a photo to a year card they should make it clearer that you can’t add a photo to it. But when I viewed the card it had a photo of a teenager boy on which made me go this design as I wanted something really special as my partner was in remission from leukaemia days before I ordered my card shame on you for misleading people

Previously all the cards I have ordered have been fine. The latest one I ordered was not the one I asked for. The picture was was correct but there was no personalised name on the front and the inside did not have the text I ordered.

Tried The Card Zoo as they offered the type of decorated card I required. They were able to alter the age I wanted in every area and the card is of good quality with good photo reproduction. Mailed to me with a spare envelope and in a strong rigid brown envelope. This was my first order and I will use again. Recommend.

Received an unusable and offensive 65th Birthday card, intended for my wife. The 'Back in 1961' card listed celebs born. Top of the list was 'Ghislane Maxwell', the convicted sex trafficker. Not really appropriate for a birthday card.
