I had a boring photo treated into a lovely arty picture. Good communication with firm. Very pleased with results.

I found it difficult to find Big Ben related items so when light appeared in my search I was excited. The item was perfect, practical, fun and it made a great gift. I then looked for other items, on the website, and came across another that made the perfect gift. The items were well packaged, delivered really quickly, with helpful instructions, and I would definitely buy again 🙂

I ordered a photo jigsaw and received a really lovely jigsaw, the pieces are nice and thick so the puzzle should last for ages. The photo on the puzzle is well printed. The order was delivered in good time and was shipped in good packaging so arrived in good condition.

Great item - A novel way to gift a ticket! Super fast and really clear up to date information on postage and delivery times.

I ordered three personalised Christmas cards for my grandsons which failed to arrive for reasons unknown.
On contacting Card Zoo I was directed to Customer Service member Victoria who dealt with the issue in a most professional, efficient and friendly manner and the problem was speedily resolved.
Thank you Card Zoo for amazing customer service but a particular thank you to Victoria.

Great personalised gifts and cards Odered nightlights for my grandchildren rooms with their names on.When they arrived one was the incorrect item.Contacted them and they replaced the item within a couple of day no quibble very helpful and will use them again.

A few weeks ago I ordered a graduation card for my grandson but unfortunately when it arrived the wording on the front was wrong. I contacted the company and received an immediate reply from Victoria who took the correct inscription and this morning the new card arrived. I’m delighted to say that everything was correct and the card arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using it in future.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I paid on 20th September for a banner and still hadn’t received it by 2nd October. After many unanswered emails, I finally called, only to be spoken to in a confrontational and dismissive tone by a staff member named Victoria, instead of receiving a simple apology or assistance.
The delivery was left in a RUBISH BIN, with NO delivery note. When I opened the package, the banner was already damaged with multiple large cracks.
Extremely disappointing experience, careless handling, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility. Pointless spending even a penny with this company.

After searching for a simpsons birthday card for my granddaughter, I found card zoo did one, good price, easy to order, arrived well packaged, result one happy granddaughter

It is what it is, a small personalised gift,ok but what turns out to be a pretty ordinary 'presentation box' at an extra £6 not ok.

I was over the moon with my order it arrived really quickly just what I ordered in great condition and so was the parcel. Excellent service
