Misrepresentation of loan limit
I saw on their website that they loaned on category c and cars for up to gbp100k. I applied and they came back and rejected my loan as they do not loan on category c and d above 20k. Their website misrepresented this loan limit which wasted both my and the loan application teams time.

First, I will like to commend the hard work of a gentle man - Matt Jones. It was a great experience and Matt kept updating me throughout the whole process. This gave me an absolute peace of mind. Thank you so much once again Matt and representing the company very well. I will definitely be recommending the company to friends and family.

Fantastic service
With being of a poor credit rating , your company stopped at nothing to find a lender that would loan me the amount of money I required to finance a car .
Your employee by the name of James worked tirelessly to ensure everything went through smoothly albeit there were a couple of hiccups along the way but with his professionalism he ensured things were dealt with in a professional manor .
I would like it if you would pass over my gratitude for all his help that James gave
