Just a little 'old' but that's why the cheeses were reduced. Theywere interesting to try but I don't think Id pay full price for the cheeses

Our Mystery Cheeseboxes are all about giving great cheese a second moment, which does mean they can be closer to their best-before than our full-price selections. That said, all of our cheeses are hand-cut and wrapped fresh on the day of dispatch and delivered the very next day, so they shouldn’t be tasting “old” - even when they’re nearing the end of their date.

Fixed a delivery issue (that wasn’t their fault)

Delivery service messed up but Cheesegeek replaced the cheese and sent it out at a later date with an additional extra to make up for it. Great communication and customer service.

Well packed

Well packed , sent on time , didn't like one of the cheeses much - it was very bland - so 25% of the offer was not to my taste

Delivery delayed

Delivery delayed and had to be reordered. Pretty sure this is not a Cheesegeek issue more a DHL problem. Still awaiting order, now expected tomorrow 14th January.

We’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had - this certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide.

Your original delivery was delayed beyond our usual timeframe, and while we arranged for a fresh replacement to be sent, we’ve since identified an internal processing error that meant the replacement was scheduled incorrectly. We completely understand how frustrating this must be.

We’re already in touch with you directly to put this right, including a partial refund and complimentary items with your rescheduled delivery, which is now due to arrive on 16th January.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we really do appreciate the feedback, and we’re very sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Fine cheese, delivery issue.

I placed two orders as gifts. One arrived as expected, but DHL didn't manage to deliver the second, failing to find the post-office registered address. Cheesegeek stepped in and promptly sent some fresh cheeses, and refunded me for the charcuterie section of the order (out of stock), so my recipient didn't quite receive all that they might have expected. Generally happy with Cheesegeek but unimpressed with DHL.

A Delightful Christmas Present

I received as a Christmas present a gift subscription to CheeseGeeks. I had a couple of questions and a request (no goats cheese - I'm allergic) and sent them a couple of emails which were responded to promptly (thanks Jen in Customer Services). Yesterday I received my first cheese box and it was delicious! The cheese was well packed with an ice bag and in addition they provide a booklet giving a brief background on each cheese provided. There is also a recommendation as to what best to drink / consume with the cheese which was very welcome. If the remaining cheese boxes are as good as this one was I may well look to continue my subscription after my gift expires.
