Items are not what is advertised, lower grade material & workmanship. They make it too expensive to return goods so you have to settle for $3 refund in my case ,when I paid just on $70. What a joke.... Toon meer

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I fell for a scam. From an ad on social media. I ordered from their website and it appeared the items would ship from Washington. But no…. They shipped from China. The items were nothing like presented online. Nothing. Crap. Polyester. Horrible quality. And not cheap. I wanted to return them for a refund. They offered me a discount of 10% to keep them. When I said no thank you they upped it to 20%. No thanks I won’t wear the clothes, please start a return and refund. Then I received an email telling me where to ship the clothes at MY expense. And they offered me a 30% refund which I am taking. But I am going to post everywhere I can as a warning. This should be illegal.

Clothes not as shown in advertisements. Return policy is a nightmare. If they don’t fit, expect to pay $30 to $40 in shipping to return to China. You can take the final 30%, keep the poorly made items, and kiss off the rest of the money. SCAM

AVOID Nicole’s Coastal Boutique (Nantucket)
This review is about an online company called Nicole’s Coastal Boutique (Nantucket). BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH A SIMILAR NAME. Their advertising suggests that they are a boutique in Nantucket. They are not. Their website is well designed, but do not be fooled. In reality, this is a sham. They are most probably shipping directly from China and have long waiting times. Their customer service emails are sugary and sweet and obviously written by an AI tool. I am still waiting for my clothes, which I suspect will be cheap versions of the lovely clothes displayed on their web site.

We have been made aware of these "fake" companies using a similar name, but if possible, please remove post as its nothing to do with us.

Apologies your have had a bad experience but it looks like you have the wrong company. I have taken a look and I cant see an order that we sent.
We only sell linen and cotton dresses and we ship everything from our shop in Honiton, Devon.

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service. I accidentally ordered 2 pieces of jewelry and immediately contacted customer service (Mary, sister of owner) and was told she would take care of it, long story short, she did not and ended up erasing all communication we had had. I have ordered thousands of dollars from CB, and was a loyal customer until this point. Will shop elsewhere from now on.
