Since Laura took over running the design of my website things have become clearer it’s a complicated site with a lot of information to handle and the process was a bit confusing but now with regular updates and screen sharing we’re really making progress- I’ll finally review it again when the site is up and running

You get an honest opinion and she wants to achieve for you.

I have not been disappointed by any of their work and I 100% recommend Codified for any IT Project that you may currently have.

The Codified Lab provided great customer service throughout the website project. I had a very specific design in mind using SquareSpace and my Project Manager and the team worked really hard to match it to the specifications over a 2 month period. They were receptive to my feedback, (sent over many, many emails!) and actioned any requested changes promptly, whilst never losing patience with me. As they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I was comfortable that any amount of edits or amendments I requested would be actioned efficiently. The team were friendly and professional in all my encounters with them, over email and on phone calls.

My best piece of advice should you choose to work with The Codified Lab is to spend time on the initial consultation form, where you list websites you like the design of and wish to emulate. I’m pleased with the final result of the website but there were some teething problems at the start where the aesthetic I wanted wasn’t being captured in the draft designs being shared, resulting in time being wasted. The more sources you can provide them with and the more descriptive you can be will help speed things up in the long run, particularly if like me, you have a specific vision.

In any case, The Codified Lab are great developers and will work tirelessly to create a website you’re happy with.

Am really happy with the logo they have designed. I was given various options and love the final choice. Looking forward to reviewing again once my website is completed.

Follow up review April 2025.
After nearly a year after engaging with Codified Labs, I feel the need to update my review.
Just before they published the website I had a hard sell to move the site to their servers away from my trusted supplier one.com. They told me this was the only way the site would work. Complete Lies.
A week ago I received an email and lots of WhatsApp messages informing me the CMS system they used was obsolete and I needed to pay another £400 for an upgrade on a website created less than 10 months ago!
Complete lies again.
This company is not to be trusted look elsewhere and avoid……….

Very professional and good team to work with.
Done our website very fast and design was more than what we expected.
