Always kept appointment times. Excellent listening skills. I would definitely recommend this company.

I accidentally signed up for the wrong service first but they were very good at redirecting to me to the appropriate services for my needs. I spoke with a recruiting coach for 30min and her feedback was honest, constructive, and helpful. They provide good descriptions of what you are getting for money with their services and not "just a quote." They are also very response to emails and making appointments. Highly recommend!

Having been away from corporate environment's for a few years, I was finding my search hindered by lack of a clear and concise message. Not only was this slowing my search, it had begun to affect my confidence, which was showing through in interviews.

I wanted just straight forward information and price on a resume.....I don't want to have to hunt through a site.

Excellent Investment

I was stuck in a job I wasn't happy with, making less than I could, and had no idea what the next step in my career should be. I did some research and contacted a number of career coaches and resume specialists. Of everyone I talked to, I liked Kathy's intelligence and direct manner over the phone. I hired her almost immediately.

Kathy and the Contingent Plan is the smartest money I've ever spent on myself. I am in a new job making 55% more than I was and I have a career trajectory laid out in front of me that has immense promise to grow more. What's more I am challenged and enjoy my work.

I used the Contingent Plan's services for career coaching, resume writing, and cover letters. Kathy knows what employers are looking for and has impactful insights for the Twins Cities region. She will give you useful actionable advice and suggest strategies that will generate traction in the job market. She reworked my resume thoroughly and I was getting phone calls and emails almost every day sometimes from recruiters I hadn't even applied to. These phone calls and emails were just the first step to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round interviews that allowed me to have my pick of the employment that was best for me. I did the grind of applying to hundreds of jobs, but she made sure my resume was noticed and I was focusing on the right roles.

In summation, I cannot recommend the Contingent Plan highly enough. It's one of the the best career choices I ever made.
