The service was horrible. 145 for a resume that garnered maybe 2 more interviews than what i got previously but no job offers, and with the rewrite to a specific job no less yielded nothing! Then when i asked for a refund within the 30 days they offered another rewrite! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY SUCK!

From the beginning, once I asked how the Resume Factory works, Mrs. Joy walked me through the whole process. Once the job was done, I could not believe how well it was done very professionally, in great format and plus she was extremely patient with me. Great job thank you.

Horrible service... no change with new resume. It was not written as i requested to cater to certain job titles and im still not getting interviews but instead denials and this was after the rewrite. WILL NEVER ORDER THIS CRAPPY SERVICE AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE HERE! IF ANYTHING I WILL DETER THEN BECAUSE U GUYS SUCK! It wouldnt let me give zero stars so the 1 i gave i gave under duress

Nothing short of amazing.
I submitted a bloated messy resume and they changed it to a flawless, easy to understand resume. I showed it to three friends and pretended I did entire thing myself and they were very impressed. They were quick and responsive when I needed them to add more info that I had forgotten to tell them about.

I was searching online to update my Resume. All roads kept leading back to The Resume Factory. I took a chance and contacted them during the weekend. Joy called me a few minutes later, took the time to understand my needs and started working on it. That alone was very impressive! Joy kept in continual communication, is very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job rewriting my Resume! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was extremely impressed with the ease of doing this. They made my resume sound like a rock Star. Very quick and responsive to changes.

Joy was very patient with me as I expressed my frustration, turned out, I was the one making the mistake. She didn't mock me or even get crappy with her attitude when I realized my mistake. She stayed very professional (of course I apologize profusely), she was understanding of my frustration. To sum it up, she took good care of me and she has made me feel like she understood exactly what I needed.
