Wrong colours received and no return accepted
I ordered shirts in specific colours, but I received completely different colours. I contacted the seller for a return, but they are not accepting the return. Very disappointing experience. The product received does not match my order, and the return process is also not helpful. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

This is totally a fraud. Don't waste your hard earned money. They use " Londoncotton.in" to fool Indian people. You can't contact them . They will send you very poor quality shirts, with different colours which you ordered. Their courier service is pathetic. They will take more than 20 days without any delivery updates. The actual site is " thelondoncotton.com" which is not serving in India. Total fraud company.

As per me it's a fraud company. I have ordered two kurta on 29th June 2026 but still waiting to recieve. It's a bogus company which is showing ads but not delivering the product. I am also complaining against them in consumer court

This is for Cotton Season London - the cheap con men
This is for Cotton Season London, (and not The cotton London), the shirt company that sells cheap china made shirts in UK (are they even legal?)
The shirt has no maker labels or size, delayed for around three weeks, and sent me a totally wrong size. No return options, or person to talk to. The only support email ID replies without any person name in their emails. They asked me to keep the item they sent as a "gift", and wanted £15 as postal charges to send me a new size shirt.
Absolutely con company, sending cheap Chinese made shirts that's not even worth £1.
I am not buying anything from any of these morons in UK.

As with all the other reviews, the product is not make of cotton, there is no labels attached to he jumper I ordered, no manufacturing country and no product information. This product should not be allowed to be sold in the UK.
