Quick delivery of product and great price

Terrible customer service. Ordered a product in 19.09.25 and paid for next day delivery. Have since emailed on 25.09.25, 29.09.25, 28.10.25 & 03.11.25 and not once have I received a response.

I can also see that they are flooding their trust pilot with positive false reviews to hide the true negative ones.

Would appreciate my money back

Thank goodness I received an email from the courtyard spa as I immediately put in another order. My last order, I gave away as gifts and everyone was so pleased with them. This order is for myself and hubby, a little treat before Xmas.

I ordered Molton Brown handwash refill. It arrived as expected. I love the product and the fact that its refills give me the opportunity to use less plastic.

I ordered a gift set as it was the best price I had found anywhere. I was slightly wary, as I'd never heard of the business, but it arrived yesterday and is perfect. There was a slight delay in delivery and the communication from customer service was great and very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

A newish website with great products at great prices. Arrival was delayed and I had to chase but customer service was excellent. Since learning Claudia uses Davines I was on the hunt and this was by far the cheapest place, so I didn’t mind the delay. Hope when they are more settled and have ironed out any teething problems, shipping will be quicker!

Ordered Davies shampoo and conditioner set which was very reasonably priced. Was delivered promptly with no issues.
