We were in a time crunch and Fiona was awesome at getting these boxes ordered, proofed, and delivered within our time crunch! The design looked great and they worked out perfectly for our needs. Would order from here again!

Andy was very helpful from beginning to end. Adapting the order size to our small charity and remaking the boxes when the delivery company lost them. We are very happy with the outcome, the boxes will really help our products standout when on display.

Our contact person Jennifer Wright is super responsive, gets things done and is nice to deal with. The overall speed of delivery and quality of the work is good too.

Good communication. Timely response to emails. Product did turn out as I specified. Minor complaint would be shipping took a few days more than the stated 10-14 business days. Overall good experience. Purchased 100 boxes. *Make sure your images are in SVG format. Those whose refuse to pay for adobe (like myself) may have some conversion issues.

Great service, great communication and quality product

We had an excellent experience ordering custom boxes for The Crumb Bar. Not only did the boxes exceed our expectations in quality and finish, but the customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Jessica Johns was professional , patient, and very helpful, ensuring all our questions were answered and that our branding was executed exactly as envisioned.

The boxes are sturdy, beautifully printed, and truly elevated our presentation. From start to finish, her service was professional and reliable. We are extremely pleased with the final product and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust Them!

I've had an unbelievably terrible experience with The Custom Boxes. I paid for ribbon printing for my flower shop FOUR months ago, and I haven't received the product or a refund!

My sales rep, Andy Jackson, was completely unprofessional. He admitted he wasn't sure if they could do the job but pressured me to buy to meet his monthly sales quota. What kind of business operates this way?

Two months ago, I was told that my ribbons were on the way, but they never arrived. And when I asked for a refund for the past two months, The custom Boxes ignored my emails and calls, refusing to address the issue.

I finally spoke with the manager, Ben, a week ago, who assured me he'd resolve the problem, but he's failed to follow up. It's clear that this company doesn't care about its customers and has no intention of delivering what was paid for.

The Custom Boxes is essentially stealing from me, and I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! After trying to work on a project for over a year and not being satisfied with the quality of the proofs, I requested a deposit refund and have been waiting for over 5 months only be ignored by my sales rep, the supports@thecustomboxes email and when calling or using their online chat just getting the runaround to contact my rep or the supports email. They also give you the impression that the boxes are manufactured in house (even stating via email that they are "100% in house manufacturing within the USA") when my rep actually confirmed that my proofs were in fact coming from overseas. Do not waste your time or money.

Do not order from this company. They had to print my boxes three times because of color and alignment issues which then took three months to receive. I've tried to contact them and they will not call me back. I have asked for the boxes to be reprinted or a full refund and they are unwilling to make it right. Now they have blocked me from emailing them.

I was initially hesitant to try this packaging boxes company, but I am so glad I did. The boxes were exactly what I needed for my business, and the customization options were extensive. The team was easy to work with and made the process seamless. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

My order was delivered on time. Quality of material used is very good. They produced very beautiful packages for my product and at very reasonable price. Good customer service. I will be happy to place order with Thecustomboxes in future. I recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. 👍

Company with cheap link building or link insertion techniques they are stealing other competitors content to make their packaging brand stand out in packaging field. They steal one of my indexed content by replacing with their own keyword that is very cheap.

I paid a handsome amount for the order and received very low-quality boxes. Boxes had glue stains, terrible paper quality, color difference, and alignment issues. After this horrible experience, I tried Legacy and OBT Packaging and they never disappointed me and trust me they are much cheaper as well.

Over-promising, under-delivered.
