THEY ARE A SCAM AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED....
LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE MANY SIMILAR TO THEM ONLINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY'RE BASED AND USING RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES IN THE U.S.

Started a small scale clothing business and got paper shopping bags printed with my branding. The team was very helpful and accommodating… they helped throughout the process, were very easy to reach. Very happy with the quality and the delivery service. Everything was provided to me as per my requirements and liking. Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT TRUST!!

I placed an order with them a year ago, and it was great at first. Had a change in my order and was told I could send in the design anytime. I received part of my order, but the quality wasn't the best, and then they ghosted me, after taking my money when I tried to get the rest of my order manufactured and shipped. Upon seeing the other reviews, I saw that they scammed others so BUYER BEWARE. Sad too, because I chose them based on their good reviews from 2020.

This company stole my money and blocked my number when I tried to contact them I lost $2500 dollars don’t trust them stay away it’s a bunch of thieves they are liars and they don’t pay the tariff fees your shipment will get held in customs forever

Amazing customer service. Nancy was so great to deal with and always got back to me so fast. This was my first time ordering packaging for my small business and I was very nervous about designing the boxes and how they would turn out. The boxes came (shipping was so fast) and I honestly could not be any happier with how they turned out, they are beautiful! I will be re-ordering again and again!

Nancy was my main point of contact and she helped me get the best quality boxes for my buck. I am so impressed and so happy I went ahead to order from her. We had a rush project on some product boxes that we had to have completed quickly. I was told to use The Custom Box Packaging website and was connected with Nancy right away. She walked me through every step with ease, helped with the design and correct sizing of our boxes and made sure things were exactly how we needed them. We even had an issue with some wrong information on our end and Nancy and her team made sure that the items were fixed and that we still made our deadline.
