Simply a scam. No support, no response to multiple requests, and outdated plugins that are never updated. I spoke via email with a developer who told me that they don't see a penny from these sales.

During the Black Friday promotions I decided to take out an offer of lifetime DIVI theme access to help build a website to promote my business. A 30-day no quibble money back guarantee if not satisfied was listed as part of the promotion.

Upon trying to use the Divi builder within Wordpress it soon became apparent that whenever you clicked on any of these tools you are asked to log into Elegant Themes. My one and only success in communicating with support was for them to tell me that I would indeed need an Elegant Themes login, which is at an additional cost.

All subsequent attempts at contact with them were completely ignored, including asking for my refund under the 30-day refund policy, and chasing this. Given that this was in late November and it is now mid-Jan, I think I have allowed reasonable time, and it is quite clear that they have taken my money and I will not get it back.

Don't waste your money on Divi Club. Support is non-existent and any promise of your money-back if not satisfied is completely false.

At this point I consider Divi Club to be a scam, and quite separate from the legitimate DIVI theme.

My experience was terrible: there's no support whatsoever. I submitted two tickets over a month ago, and they never responded. Their website doesn't work, they don't have a registered office or VAT number, and they don't send you any invoices. I even suspect they're a fake, illegal company. Stay away! I've asked for a refund, but given their behavior so far, I doubt they'll do so. Personally, I feel scammed.

I discovered that the site is distributing copies of premium WordPress plugins, including my own work, without the authors’ involvement or permission. While the GPL allows redistribution of code, I feel it’s important for potential customers to know that the products offered here do not come from the original developers and do not include official support, updates, or security guarantees - they could even be manipulated and contain malware.

In my case, users who encountered issues with these redistributed copies contacted me directly, unaware they hadn’t purchased from a legitimate source. This creates confusion and can leave customers without proper support or reliable updates.

If you rely on WordPress plugins for your website, I strongly recommend getting them from the original developers or verified marketplaces so you know you’re receiving safe, current, and supported versions and support the original authors - we have families too. ;)

Please be aware that this company is selling products which are expertly crafted by other developers. Under the GPL license, this is not illegal but abhorrently immoral. The fact that they are using copyright images and text makes it illegal and they could be shut down at anytime meaning that your yearly or lifetime membership is absolutely worthless. They simply start again with another website but you lose out!

I joined the Divi club 6 months ago (end of Dec 2024) and have found it worth the money, but I am frustrated by this message seen on their site since the first day I joined: "Currently, 26 themes are temporarily unavailable... We anticipate that these themes will be back and available for use within the next few days."

I check every time I go to the site and the same message since Dec 2024.

Integrity and accountability? They still matter to me.

I found this and thought it would be a good solution. The offer is a money-back guarantee, only 15 days, which should be the first warning.
I bought it and downloaded 2 of their plugins, only to find out that the plugin was really out of date, and I do not talk about some small updates, was way out of date. I then requested money back within 3h after I bought it, the closed my account but no refund, I wrote 5 email to them, and in the last mail I was clear, if this was not resolved within 48h I will leave over this to PayPal to deal with... Of course, no answer, and no refund. 15 minutes after PayPal informed me that they had contacted the company. I got an answer from them, and the money was refunded. So, in short, I requested a refund. My account was closed directly, and 15 days later, after five emails to them and one email to PayPal, I got my money back. BE AWARE

I had a great experience with The Divi Club’s customer service. They were kind, helpful, and very quick to respond to my request. They handled everything with professionalism and care, even offering a thoughtful alternative solution. Truly excellent support! Highly recommended.

Quick and friendly assistance with my question.

On surface, seemed good. However when I was about to pay for lifetime subscription, I noticed they added 21% Tax to the final amount. Not cool and was not indicated anywhere on their site. So, I submitted an online chat query, which they haven't replied for over an hour. During that time I researched and found very bad reviews about their authenticity and potential issues with outdated software, so I have decided not to purchase it at all, rather going with Elegant Themes and purchasing direct from developers. Thanks to all who submitted their raw reviews - it helped me greatly!
