We needed an EPC quite urgently. Matt took the time to speak to me on the phone and provided a quick turnaround, visiting the property within 1 week and providing the certificate the next day. So impressed with the service, we are using the company again to assess a second property. Highly recommended!

It's the second time we've used the business to undertake an EPC survey, one of the main reasons was Ollie, who undertook the second survey as well.
Arrived on time, friendly, professional demeanor and informative as well
Would definitely recommend.

A very speedy response to my initial enquiry about a renewal for one of my rental properties. Approachable and friendly albeit professional. Punctual and efficient along with the customer knowing the prices before the appointment too. Overall assessment for anyone looking to renew an EPC or to employ this professional service for any landlord or potential landlord/seller of a property I highly recommend Mr. Welsh. A+ service from start to finish.

Needed an EPC doing urgently as I was selling my dads house and it was requested by the solicitors, Matt Fay managed to do it within a few days for me. He turned up early, was really friendly and I just left him to get on with it. The invoice was emailed and then paid for and the next day I received the certificate, I would recommend them to anyone needing an EPC check.

Matt Fay was a very professional guy and he carried out an EPC survey on my small commercial property in Swinton Manchester. His price for the survey was very reasonable.I would recommend you use Matt.I will be using him again if my house is sold or rented out in the future.Stephen

Overpriced.
I asked for a price beforehand and was told the property was needed to be seen first.
Was charged £165 for a 20 minute visit then message after message for payment the same day .
I was informed by my estate agents that it wasnt that expensive in London for a property of the same size.

Needed an EPC doing for a property about to go on the market. Great service & communication from making the initial call to having the inspection done. Olly arrived on time, was really friendly & polite, explained what he’d be doing & how long it’d take. EPC report arrived via email early the next day has promised. Highly recommend The EPC Man.

We were very impressed with the service from Matt Fay who conducted our EPC. We had been let down by two other firms. We needed the report quickly and Matt arranged to come in a short time frame. He explained the whole process and was very friendly and professional. We received the report the day after. Highly recommend!

Oliver at Manchester EPC recently provided us with an Energy Performance Certificate for our property in Shaw, Oldham.
He and his colleague provided an excellent, polite and efficient service within 36 hours of my call. He called on the day to say he was running ten minutes late and turned up at the re-appointed time. The certificate was emailed over, next working day. Would highly recommend his services.
