ATTENTION. J'attire votre attention sur cette société britannique Flexliving, qui propose des locations en Algérie, et également, selon son site web, à Londres, Paris ou Dubaï.
J'ai récemment loué un de leur logement pendant un déplacement professionnel à Alger. Mais les gérants de cette entreprise n'étant pas sur place, ils délèguent leur accueil locatif à des employés vivant à Alger, et que j'ai d'ailleurs parfois eu du mal à joindre. En plus de ce problème de communication, il m'est arrivé une mésaventure encore inexpliquée a ce jour, jamais vécu jusqu'ici. Mon séjour professionnel se prolongeant à Alger, j'ai loué à cette même société un deuxième logement puis, avant de quitter ce dernier, un troisième appartement que je n'ai hélas jamais pu occuper. J'ai reçu le matin du départ du second logement vers le troisième, un message m'informant que ma reservation été tout bonnement annulée, avec pour motif lunaire : "des activités suspectes constatées lors de [mes] précédents séjours dans [leurs] logements". Choqué, car ayant scrupuleusement respecté les lieux et le voisinage, j'ai tenté de nombreuses fois de joindre les gérants de Flexliving. Ils n'ont jamais pris la peine de répondre à mes appels. Leur employé sur place n'a pas su me donner d'explication. Je me suis retrouvé dans la rue avec mes bagages ne sachant où aller. J'ai peiné à trouver, par mes propres moyens, un autre appartement.
À ce jour, et malgré mes relances, je n'ai jamais eu d'explication. Le logement existait-il vraiment ? Si oui, avait-il un problème qui justifiait que je ne puisse pas y accéder ? Ou voulaient-ils finalement le louer à une personne de leur entourage ? Aucune réponse à ces interrogations. Leurs méthodes sont particulièrement louches. Le professionnalisme de rigueur aurait été de répondre aux interrogations du client et de pas le malmener comme il l'ont fait avec moi. Je leur souhaite d'apprendre le sens du sevice. Quant à vous, cher.e.s voyageurs.euses, je vous souhaite de ne jamais avoir affaire à eux : fuyez.

The apartment was well equipped for a long term stay and was very well located for public transportation and many excellent restaurants.

Muy buenos servicios comunes: Pista de padel, futbolín, billar, mesa de pinpon, gimnasio, lavandería, cafetería restaurante los días laborables, jardines, muy cerca de la estación de cercanías, plazas de garaje y, sobre todo, el trato delas personas de cafetería, que son encantadoras, y del personal de recepción.

We loved this residence in Hammersmith. (Three lines). Short walk to tube, grocery stores and several pubs. Not far from Thames and a few cool restaurants.
The beds were comfortable and easily had enough space for 8 adults. Four levels with a washroom on every floor. Landry facilities and good kitchen.

Communication was easy and we would stay here again in an instant. Residence is in Zone two. Very easy for travel to various parts of city.

I really enjoyed my stay! Location was ideal to the train and the area I frequented. Only recommendation is include a plug in converter for electronics included in the room cost at no additional fee.

Jonathan and his team rescued us when Hotels.com / Expedia left us on the street after not honouring our confirmed reservation. Jonathan went above and beyond the call of duty, opening an apartment for us that wasn't supposed to be available, providing a friendly ear when we were tired and frustrated after two hours of arguing with Hotels.com and even calling us in the evening to make sure we were well settled in. The apartment itself was just what we needed: well connected, fresh and clean, functional and surprisingly bright despite being in a basement. We would 100% trust Jonathan and Flex Living with our holiday plans in the future.

Do not book with them. I was scammed out of 450 pounds.
Run. I booked with air bnb and was sent a link to them they took my credit card information and kept charging fees and fines. They refuse to send any information of their charges. I paid cleaning fees with air bnb and they tried to charge me for those aswell. It's a mess the guy at the building is also a scammer. Just save yourself and book with another company. The worst company ive ever delt with. These are not defamatory comments as these are facts and i have emails to prove them. I was scammed from airbnb website and sent a link to flexliving without my acknowledge nor permission from air bnb. Please so not use this company. I booked with airbnb 2 apartments for 1week and when i wanted to extend for 1 day and late check out the host sent me flex living link instead of air bnb link. Once flex living got a hold of my credit card information they charged cleaning fees for 2 apartments that ive already been charged for and i have whatsapp messages confirming we even cleaned the place before leaving. They charged me noise fees and other fees. The people at flexliving were rude and unhelpful kept insisting. I aske multiple times to send me proof and receipts of my bookings with them directly and they ofcourse they didnt have it. I had proof with airbnb and also whatsapp messages between me and the host. The host on air bnb left me 2 reviews saying "we were respectful, followed rules, quiet and left everything clean" even sending them proof of this review and proof of payment with airbnb they still took 450 pounds. If anyone wants to contact me from flexliving i still have all conversations via email and WhatsApp of this incident. Just save yourselves the headache in dealing with an incompetent company. I didnt book with them not did i ever gave them permission to charge my card for any stay relating to my airnbn bookings. I was scammed from the host because hr sent me a link to flexliving payment from airbnb website and flexliving then had my credit card info and charged my card. Just stay away. I didnt even book with them and they scammed me i cant imagine those who book though them.

I’ve booked with flexi living for 2 months and all I can say is the service is absolutely amazing.

Maria and the team was always so helpful and answered my messages at any part of the day or night.

If there was any inconveniences It was sorted out immediately.

Maria always called to check up if everything is okay.

The location is ideal for commuters like me, with a variety of shops to choose from..

I would recommend flexi living for your long or short term stays..

Will definitely book again!

Absolute shambles of a company

Landlords beware!
I had to go to court in order to regain possession of my apartment which they left messy as can be, thousands in repairs necessary afterwards.

They don’t look after the property as promised

Flexy is just the name because flexibility has nothing do to with this place, not even sympathy. The name should be "The Inflexibles."

The flat was very clean when we arrived. Instructions for checking in were clear and easy to follow. Besides this, the attention received to all our queries was quick and the team is very professional & kind.
The location of flat is great, close to loads of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.
Would not hesitate to book again (we already have 😉).

We stayed in the flat whilst visiting my daughter, the flat was great comfortable and a great location for shops cafes bars, we walked into Angel everyday.
A particular shout out to Jonathon our host, he answered any questions immediately and made our stay so relaxed, we would definitely stay again

Jonathan helped us check in and answered any questions we had about the location, wifi, parking etc.
The location was very clean, in a good area that was close proximity to a lot of activities, and had good amenities.

As a Landlord, I am extremely happy with Flex Living, they have been doing an excellent job. I just receive rent monthly and they take care of everything else, really unexpected in London to have such a great service.
