Very bad experience with this company more than a 3 weeks my order still stranded in the airport I never heard a company tell me that they have no control of the delivery once it shipped I will recommend nobody to order from thefootplug another thing they charged me for something once I ordered it come up with the order I frankly never seen anything like that even in the third world countries

I have an order with no tracking number working none of the emails or Instagram answer my emails or my Instagram messages been trying to reach them i just spent over 350$ on this website because i thought it was trusty i just want to know where my order is and when will i receive it

Thx dawg though the „shop“ thingy where you have to connect your email was pretty concerning and not getting updates on the package sucked aswell, shit arrived fast and looks nice.
