I had a very disappointing experience with Fruik.

I ordered their aroma diffuser with patchouli oil and, after placing the order, contacted their team to confirm whether it was safe to use around pets. Instead of giving a clear answer, they provided vague and unclear responses. As a pet owner, safety is my top priority. If a company is selling products that may affect animals, they should be able to clearly state whether it is safe or not.

Since I did not receive any proper clarification, I requested a cancellation. I was told cancellation was not possible. After doing my own research about aroma diffusers and their effects on pets, I decided I did not want to risk it and refused delivery when it arrived.

After that, I received a call from a representative named Purva. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concern, she seemed upset that I had refused the delivery and focused more on pushing the product. When I asked for written confirmation that the diffuser and oil are safe around pets, I was told that I should have done my own research before ordering and that I could test it myself or check with a vet.

Telling a customer to “test it themselves” when they are concerned about their pet’s safety is not acceptable customer service. If the product is safe, provide written assurance. If not, be transparent.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Fruik, especially to pet owners. Poor communication, no flexibility with cancellation, and very unprofessional handling of genuine safety concerns.

Have been ordering essential oils from Fruik from quite some time, even have their diffuser. The product is lovely and the oils are amazing especially the lavender one.

I have very rich & great experience with pure air pro diffuser with sandle wood oil and my family is also very happy with these experience.

I ordered the Pure Air Pro Diffuser, and honestly, the machine did not disappoint. it has been working as shown in the website, we used other dispenser before but after a few months, they stopped generating the steam, but we have been Been using it for the past 3 months in my showroom, and it still works like new machine i ordered it with Himalayan Lavander and now i have ordered it again 100Ml, it lasts for 2 3 months so it's great, really love the diffuser and the convinience of the app to set it, great product!

Good fragrance, machine works well.

I’d recommend Fruik if you want a good-looking diffuser that adds pleasant fragrance to your space — especially for smaller rooms. A great choice for daily use and gifting too!

I bought the FRUIK Vaporiser and set of essential oils, online.
There was a delay in receiving the items & when I did, I love the product.
The fragrances are v good and the aroma pleasing.
I’ve bought my second set of fragrances already.

Devices are good and fragrance are unique. Only area i could see for improvement is website to order and future availability of products and refills whether it will be supported.
