Si bien el año pasado me ofrecieron un servicio excelente y muy bueno, por alguna razon cuando volvi a contratar un plan de 12 gb de ram el dia de ayer, jamas me quiso meter a mi propio server (panel de control) y me salia el siguiente error: Something went wrong
The requested resource does not exist on this server.

se tardan en contestar y mientras eso pasa, me descuentan los dias que puedo jugar en el server, pesima atencion y pesima respuesta inmediata, exigiria un reembolso o una solucion rapida e inmediata porque estaba fascinado por jugar minecraft con amigos, y que de paso, me vuelvan a regresar ese dia perdido (si es que no aumenta) para jugar.

En cuanto a Host, es lo justo y necesario para tener un servidor de amigos, pero no sirve para algo más grande o networking.
En cuando el soporte es lo peor que hay: te contestan a cualquier hora, tardan dias en darte una solución, y las respuestas carecen de profesionalismo.

Hace días que vengo pidiendo la baja del servicio y aun no me dan soporte.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a hosting service. I requested that my server be cancelled immediately because I couldn’t afford it anymore, and while they confirmed the cancellation, I was still charged afterward.
When I reached out for a refund, support simply told me it wasn’t possible, with no real explanation or effort to help resolve the situation. It feels like they don’t take responsibility for their own billing actions.
Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive, and the whole situation feels unfair. I would not recommend this service to anyone—especially if you expect clear communication and fair billing practices.
updated review wish i could give less then one star not only is there customer service bad they went and changed there shity terms of service after i tried getting my refund making it immposable to do so i wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy....

Super hosting me encanto, el mejor hosting para minecraft y algunos otros juegos que he probado!!

I have been using this for 2 months, only having a problem once, wich was not even related with the provider. The servers work perfectly and are extremely affordable.
The only issiue I could even mention is that if you want to end a subscription you must write a ticket and there is no other option in the web. It is not such a big problem but it would be great if the support was not involved in the cancellations (for customer and support confort) and that operation was optimiced.

I used this service ONCE, just one month, then we did not use it again, then I tried to cancel the subscription, that option is nowhere to be found, then, magically, it logged out of my account by itself, I wrote like 5 tickets in total, just made another one by the way, vague answers. They told me to log into my account to keep the ticket on, however, they won´t let me log in, they changed the credentials or something, because I didn´t change them. When I try to get a recovery email for the account, I always get no email, but when its time to pay? Oh man, the receipt will be on time there. So they quit my access to my account, won´t let me cancel the subscription, won´t let me log in to solve this, and they'll just keep charging me. So good people, don´t, just don´t, there´s a lot of great and honest services out there, avoid this one. And just in case, i got screenshots of the receipts and how i can´t log in. I always were educated making those tickets, but this is enough.

Support is basically non-existent. Tickets/live chat don't get answered in weeks. Avoid this company

EDIT: after trustpilot reply, they just closed my ticket without an answer, just to be able to say that they have no pending tickets, without any reply.

Great hosting service, Ive tested 3 hostings before this one and its the first one that gave me fast response from support and perfect performance for the same price that I paid on the other hosts

No deja quitar los medios de pago o cancelar el producto de manera sencilla, tienes que escribir a soporte, esperar días a que te hagan caso, a ver si cancelar el servicio...

Todo bien, tuve un problema a la hora de contratar un server y me dieron una muy buena solución.

Es un buen servicio, tienen un soporte excelente con unos precios muy accesible para todos, en resumen un servicio de 10!

sigo esperando que alguien del supuesto servicio tecnico 24/7 me ayude a solucionar el problema que me arroja

Instalé mods como chunky o memory leak fix para optmizar la memoria, la carga y mejorar el rendimiento, porque la ram se llenaba, aún haciendo eso la ram se llenaba, da igual si usaba el plan de 6GB, 8GB, 10GB e incluso 12GB, siempre se llenaba la ram.

Además, se reiniciaba cada rato sin importar si había ram o estaba llena. De hecho, decidí probar con un servidor vanilla y pasaba lo mismo con la ram.

Tras escribir un total de 11 veces a soporte, NUNCA recibí respuesta, ni para el tema de pagos ni para averiguar la causa.

Pésimo servicio

Mi cuenta siempre se está cerrando y nunca reconoce mis datos cuando ya hasta compré un plan y dure un mes en ese problema y me cobraron de nuevo sin mi consentimiento. Siempre que quiero contratarlos no responden y no puedo usar sus tikets si ni siquiera me deja entrar a la bendita página. Esto es una falta grave que debe arreglarse y espero que me reembolsen el mes que se cobraron sin permiso

es horrible el servidor, estuve jugando aproximadamente una hora con unos 4 amigos en un servidor con 170 mods , y con 12 de ram y el servidor nisisquiera llegaba al tope de ram y se reinciaba solo, se reinicio dos veces , a la segunda vez se volvio imposible jugar, se reiniciaba constantemente y no dejaba entrar al servidor, encima he leido reseñas donde dicen que no se puede cancelar el servidor y que la unica manera es sacando una nueva tarjeta, he enviado un ticket pidiendo un rembolso o que me puedan arreglar el problema, leyendo los de las cancelaciones imposibles dudo que me devuelvan el dinero, si tenían pensado pagar un host acá no lo hagan , el servicio es PESIMO.

Goated service. Sometimes support might take their time, but they're fast and effective with their service. Not a single problem they couldn’t fix.

wow, la persona que me contesto fue nuy rapida y al lo que le pregunte, 10/10 no le pongo más estrellas nadamas por que no puedo.
