Marcus Mendoza talked me into purchasing a publishing service and also an ISBN. He and his team have failed to incorporate my trademarked process into the book, they destroyed other trademarked terms crucial to the content and have refused to provide me with the ISBN I paid for. If I could award a NEGATIVE TEN STARS I would.

This is a scam

I thought I’d lose control over my content. Didn’t happen. Still feels like my book, just better executed!

My story started when I was young but continued as I grew up. I want people to think about their life and how they survive issues and who they need to thanks. We should always thank God because he is why we are here. The team workers put their own heart into make me a author.

Rebecca Russell was kind and helpful through out. I told her my history. She worked with other team members to write the best history according to my taped memories. I don't remember the day our relationship started.

Jane is a wonderful person to work with and so is the company they really go out their way to make you feel comfortable

The staff is very friendly and they have a great attitude.The only problem that I would complain about is that I had to talk to too many people. This is my first time trying to get a book published and it is a growing experience.

I highly recommend their editing team. I kept reading my draft so many times that I stopped noticing its flaws, but their editor spotted things I missed and fixed them perfectly without overdoing it.

They identified issues in my final files before publishing that could have caused serious problems later. Their careful attention to detail really saved me from a lot of potential embarrassment.

I am happy with the overall staff and overall results I got from their marketing

If you’re on a tight budget and can handle a bit of polishing, they’re worth a try.
