Excellent service and communications. Appreciate the free sleeve of golf balls but would have liked choice of white or my preference yellow.

Easy to understand what you are covered for.
Living in Cornwall,not sure will use savings on playing different courses.

Nobody ever wants to have a accident or cause one and i find that the golfers club insurance covers most for a good price.

Service was satisfactory, my main problem with the service was the poor communication between the insurance company and myself. I sent several emails without getting a reply. Eventually I received a phone call to update me regarding the progress with my claim. The length of time it took to resolve my claim was also very long since I had to carry my clubs during this time span.

I had been with the Golfers Club previously and then had to stop playing golf, I had always received excellent advice and care. I am now back playing again and did not hesitate to contact them for my insurance cover, they offer first class advice and cover, excellent, would recommend them to anyone.

Would definitely recommend this company.

Good insurance with good level of cover.
Only gripe is not having the option to pay in monthly instalments via direct debit.

So far so good, but no claims yet. Discount for husband and wife would be good.

In May this year my partner mis hit his approach shot to the green , shanked it straight across the faurwY and smashed into my face thereby knocking out all of my front teeth and damaging my jaw. The total repair bill was in £1400. My claim for £500 mAximum payout was dealt with sympathetically and efficiently by the Golfers Club team and I received my full compensation cheque within a matter of 10 days. No problems after supplying proper invoice/ estimates etc from my Dentist.
( My golfing buddy stumped up for the balance so I wasn't out of pocket. I was more annoyed cos I was in with a chance for a birdie !! )

I read with interest the experience of other members making a claim and were very satisfied with how it was handled. My experience however was quite different, I broke the shaft of my 8 iron on a tree and asked my club professional to repair it even although my policy was "new for old" I was quite happy for a repair to be done. The quote was for £75 including labour. I sent the invoice in as required. I was then asked to submit photographs of the damage and names and contact details of other witnesses. I was initially informed that the claim would not be settled as I had not followed the correct procedure or words to that effect. The whole situation made me feel like some sort of criminal creating a false claim which made me very angry. It was only when I threatened to publish the outcome on all available social media sites that the claim was settled. Very very disappointed with the whole experience.

VERY FAST service. Vouchers received within a couple of days. No issues during claim or redemption at American Golf.
