Purchased a car that said it had to 2 on advert, even asked in the office if it had both keys to which he said yes and showed me a second key in the plastic wallet with documents, upon getting home realised this is not the key to my car, emailed them they are saying they never said it had two keys now ignoring my phone calls and emails, extremely disappointed how dishonest they are and I live 2 hours away so can’t just pop in. It’s now going to cost me to have a key programmed. Very dishonest and untrustworthy would never recommend anyone to use them.

So far the experience has been ok, the car I looked at was as described and in fact appeared in better condition that I expected, short test drive deal done, offered usual trade in in my old Volvo which considering price of the one I was buying was ok, I don’t expect much I the way of warranty and I think with any dealer of this type you have to buy the car as if buying privately ie there is no comeback, I have no idea how their business model can possibly work, all those supercars on stock, owned by them? They are either rich or it’s costing a fortune in interest to finance millions of pound of stock, lots of suggestions online! I would say “does it matter?” But the car on its merits and price and not on the history or speculation of the dealer.

Stay well away. Bought a car which we soon discovered had been in an undisclosed smash. Lots of problems with misaligned bodywork and faulty electronics despite a dodgy MOT 3 days before we bought it. Leaking coolant after one week which meant the car was undriveable but they insisted we get it back to them for assessment. Paid to get temporary repair to coolant to be able to drive it to them for inspection despite us supplying them with a full engineers report which we paid for. Can’t give us a date for inspection as they are ‘only a sales department’ and couldn’t give us the contact details where to take it! Unbelievable! Two months on and still trying to get a refund.

Everything looked great, no warning lights, test drive done and I’d noticed an issue with the dashboard. It looked like there was a deep indentation on the passenger side. Bloke said it was previously used as a taxi, so it was from a sign. Ok. It was hot so ended up doing the test drive with the windows down. Bought the car on a Sunday, and it wasn’t taxed. The manager said I needed to take the slip he’d given me to the post office around the corner (which was open) and do the tax over the counter. THE CAR WOULDN’T TAX. I rang Motorhub whilst there and he told me, as long as I had the slip, if I got stopped, it would be okay 🫣
I drove 84 miles, paid for insurance which was void anyway, and would have had the car taken off me if I’d got stopped! My child was with me!

Got an independent mechanic to look over the car as I felt if they could lie about that, anything goes!
The car had no airbags… well it did but they’d been deployed previously and stuffed back into the passengers side.
Heater was completely broken.
Battery was replaced and not the correct one for the car.
Seatbelts weren’t fitted properly in the front of the car.
MOT bodged - they use a garage in Birmingham despite saying it is next door!
The list is endless!
I have children, parents and other people in my car!! Imagine the devastation if anything happened!!

I took them to small claims, paid an absolute fortune and they still won.
Honestly, don’t waste your money! The amount of stress, anxiety and money I’ve lost trying to fight for what’s right is no one’s business.
Horrific! They’re going to be responsible for so many deaths on the road and will never be held accountable because we signed a piece of paper!

My experience with MotorHub has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I paid a $15,000 deposit toward a Bugatti Chiron, with the understanding that the vehicle would be secured for purchase. After submitting the deposit, I was later informed that the car had been sold and that the transaction would not proceed.

What concerns me most is that my request for a refund of the $15,000 deposit was refused. Additionally, despite being told the vehicle was sold, I have continued to see what appears to be the same car advertised for sale even a year later. This has left me feeling misled and treated unfairly.

For a transaction involving a high-value luxury vehicle, I expected professionalism, transparency, and ethical business practices. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.

I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with MotorHub to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure all agreements are clearly documented in writing before transferring any funds.

Experience was great start to finish. Enquired about an Audi a3 in nano grey. It was available so I made my way down they had it cleaned and ready for me to view. The vehicle was in great condition for the price and mileage. They had then assisted me in getting finance on the vehicle through a third party company and we had it all sorted in a day ready to drive away

By chance I noticed a vehicle of theirs for sale which was on my bucket list for a while. This car fit the bill and was in remarkable condition. I had a look over and took a short test drive and I was sold. Motorhub staff were honest and professional, but also friendly and full of banter. Hospitality was great being offered a coffee whilst I perused the vehicles provenance. I explained my predicament regarding my old car and they even facilitated a buyer for me. Great experience start to finish if you’re looking to switch up a performance/prestige vehicle

I purchased a second-hand Nissan Qashqai from this car dealer. A few days after the purchase, I discovered that the parcel shelf was not the original size, did not fit properly, and was unsafe. As a result, I had to purchase a new parcel shelf myself as a replacement and requested the car dealer to refund the related cost. However, they refused, stating that this was not a mechanical issue of the vehicle.

I believe that they removed the original parcel shelf and replaced it with a non-original and unidentified one before selling the vehicle to the customer.

They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, probably why they have such low prices, they don't really have the inventory.
