Was looking at a car I liked until I’ve read all the reviews it seems to me the mostly buy from auction which are troubled cars … then sell them a a fraction below book price to get a sale .. just my thoughts as there’s are literally loads of bad reviews, way to many to get there hands on my dosh lol . Do your research before buying from these as something is definitely not right.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the purchase of Hyunai i30n performance I purchased from Motorhub, Keighley on 30th May 2025. From the outset, the car has presented some concerning aspects that we were assured were checked over. (Ratting noise when driving) suggesting it was not accurately represented or properly inspected before sale.
When driving, the car has lost a lot of white smoke and stopped completely and is limp, will not start. No suspected issues were mentioned during the sale and should have been identified during any pre-sale checks.
These issues have caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. The car is currently undriveable, and I have had to incur other travel arrangements and be without a car I've spent a significant amount of money on due to these problems. I contacted Motorhub regarding these issues, but they were dismissive of my concerns and told me to go through warranty and said they will not accept rejection of the car, they offered no solution and have ignored any correspondence sent to them.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted my trust in Motorhub Keighley. I strongly advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious when dealing with this seller and to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before considering purchase. I have found the whole experience, rude and disregarding.

Dogy full of fraud and all the companies relatef to it .never ever buy car from them all their car are absulute shit they are robing people stay away from them please.

Stay clear bought range rover sport didn't last a month they claim know it wasn't them funny that have all paperwork emails calls recipient just stay clear

I was concerned after reading the reviews on here. So I drove down to inspect the car with minimal expectation, having told myself to walk away if I wasn’t happy.

I arrived and the car was brought up to me. I gave it a good look over and it was immaculate. Clean as a whistle. There was a warning light but they assured me it was just the fuel level. To prove it, they took me to a local garage, paid for £15 of petrol and the light went out.

The car is exactly as described. My experience was a really pleasant surprise. If you want to be shown how everything works, buy from a main dealer. These guys did help me connect my phone and sold me a car £1500 below market value. I drove it home 250 miles and had no issues and I’m really happy with my Motorhub experience to be honest.

Most of the reviews were about after sales, so I’ve purchased an all singing, all dancing warranty to make sure.

The place itself is impressive. Some amazing vehicles on show. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely.

I may be lucky. Or some of the bad reviews might just be spurious. Either way, I’m happy and would be comfortable recommending them.

Do Not purchase anything from these awful people!

car bought, not even 10 mins after delivered, engine light and limp mode.

Turned out to be turbo and timing chain.

Had to pay a premium to have it returned as their policy states car must be brought back. Due to the undrivable nature of it cost £500 having it returned on a trailer.

Stated i wated a full refund as it was unfit for purpose under consumer rights act.

- Claim to have taken the car to a Jaguar main dealer and fixed it. Said nothing wrong with it.... How interesting, as we rang every Jaguar, Land rover Garage within 50 miles of you and none of them had the car in. Even called Vertu. NOTHING

Have said point blank they won't offer a refund. Now going down route of court and small claims. Do not let these low life criminals win!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Although having read these reviews they are used to playing hard ball, when they are clearly in the wrong!

Think HMRC may need to have a look at your records as your stated profits last year don't even come close to the calibre of cars you have sat in the showroom.

ENGINE FAULTS REPORTED 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE AND NOW STUCK WITH A CAR 28K REPAIR BILL AND NO HELP FROM THE GARAGE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. NOT A GARAGE, JUST STOREAGE. MOST CARS HAVE BEEN LEFT SITTING FOR A LONG TIME WITH FLAT BATTERIES AND FLAT TYRES. FULL OF MOULD INSIDE. I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS READY TO GO THE DAY BEFORE VISITING AND THE BATTERY WAS FLST AND HAD A FLAT TIRE WHEN I GOT THERE. THE CAR HAD CLEARLY NOT BEEN LOOKED AT FOR A LONG TIME.

THE GARAGE REPAIRING MY CAR HAVE TOLD ME THIS ENGINE HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH AND PARTS ARE MISSING. I HAVE NOW TAKEN THIS TO A LEGAL DISPUTE BUT DONT EXPECT MUCH AS THEY HAD LIED ON THE PAPERWORK ABOUT CAR SERVICE HISTORY WHICH VOIDS THE WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU WITH THE CAR.

CON ARTISTS - WALKING FREE EVERY DAY TO SELL MORE PEOPLE FAULTY CARS. THEY ALL DESEREVE TO BE LOCKED UP.

Brought a Mercedes CLA220d shooting brake 2019 plate from them just a year ago and we got absolutely nothing apart from problem after problem with the car,
after test drive the car we noticed that the car very juddering like it try to set off even it on N or P so we mentioned to the sale man and he told us that it's the battery as the car not been run blah blah.
So we thought ok it's probably minor thing so we brought and took the car home then after 3 weeks the car still juddering so we've booked car to local garage to diagnostic and turn out it was the injectors which gonna cost us nearly £3k. So we decided to contact the warranty before the new injectors been brought as tried to claim on the warranty and it only cover upto £250 also got rejected from the warranty, they didn't give us the reason why we got rejected the claim and they've left us hanging.
So after a month of having the car we then paid 3k from our own money so the car can get fixed. Then after a year other problem start the ABS sensor faulty 🤦‍♀️it just never end with this car.
Never again buy car from them, even the reviews on Google about this company are FAKE!!!!

Dodgy to say the least. Dodgy Service record,MOT,History Set up. car lit up like a christmas tree when on my way home so panicked a bit, but got home. ignore all emails and give car dealers a bad name. see they were fined by Trading standards £50k back in 2018 so I do not think they care and most probably wont change so a risk buying from them.

Phoned in advance about viewing a car advertised on eBay, then drove 60 miles, only to find it had a flat battery. Was told it had been stood for ages. They wouldn’t let me have a test drive (seemed to think this was a funny thing to ask), because of the flat battery, so I wasted an afternoon. No other customers in evidence. No customer parking. Seems a very odd set up.Lots of very expensive cars but no customers.

Warning: You have to be very careful with this company. They are not trustworthy at all and sell crashed cars or tamper with the amount of movement of the car. And they do not take any responsibility after selling the car and are not accountable. I am very upset that I paid a lot of money to buy a car and what they show is not sold to me and many other problems were found the day after the purchase. I am not a mechanic like other customers and my trust was abused. I warn you not to be deceived by their showroom like I was.

They sold me a car with a bent strut. When this came to light they refused to help and more or less said 'tough'. They should be ashamed of themselves selling a car with such a big fault. Don't buy from them. They may appear friendly but are charlatans and not to be trusted.

Fraudsters! This company sold me a car that had a borken gear box, an oil leak, a coolant leak, needed new rear brake pads. They told me that the problem with the steering wheel would cost me £10 - £50 to fix. It cost £450.
Worst of all I tried to sell my car to Skoda who informed me that this car has a dodgy mileage history. I have all the print outs and will be taking legal action.

Do not buy a car from these people. I repeat do not buy a car from these people. I bought a car in November and from driving the car home I had an issue. Total 6 issues with the car since bought. Very rude on the phone now stopped replying to emails even though they still owe me money from the repair I paid for which they emailed stating they would pay the full amount once fixed and invoices . I have all the conversations on email and still won’t pay. I am now speaking with trading standards on the matter. Every excuse under the sun and lid on the phone. I am jyst glad I backed the phone calls up with an email snd gave reply’s as evidence. I have been told Jill in accounts has dealt with the query but they won’t give me her number or email and won’t put me through when I ring. I am actual thinking that Jill does not exist

Avoid this place the cars are rough total waste of a day the customer service is poor. Most of the cars have been sitting so long they don’t start also they have expensive cars but don’t take any card payments which seems very dodgy to me and they want you to take high rate loans or finance which is worrying. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AVOID 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I go to dealers to look at nice cars, staff are more than happy to let me in cars and start them for me every time I go

I was looking at the engine of a Subaru I was intending on buying and rasheed went absolutely insane shouting leave now at me .

Do NOT even look at motorhub stock or consider buying from them, i bought a car approx 3 months ago from motorhub, when i got the car home 100 miles away i noticed the dpf and adblue had been mapped out which makes the car illegal to drive on a public highway, i noticed oil leaks and a coolant leak, i phoned the garage up and explained my concerns with the car and said i wanted to return it for a full refund, i was verbally abused and told there was nothing wrong with the car i said i would be contacting trading standards and got told the car was a trade sale and sold as seen. I wasnt told this at the time of sale and not written on the receipt/invoice. There is no such thing as a trade sale or sold as seen when a dealer sells a car to a member of the public, i have been ill so just getting round to doing the review and contacting trading standards, there are other faults with the car which have been noticed now so questioning the MOT as this was done 5 days before i bought the car, the mileage is incorrect it shows over 30k less than on previous mots, some dash lights have been disconnected so you dont get warnings, one of those lights is the oil light......this is a geniune review and i woulnt believe the 4 and 5 star reviews, avoid motorhub, do not buy from these people they will scam you and dont care, how they are still allowed to trade i do not know
