Do not trust this company, sold a faulty car lied and lied. Removed all the bad comments from Google. I have screen spotted everyone, down 20k because of these and the comment I have your talking close to half a million

My experience with MotorHub has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I paid a $15,000 deposit toward a Bugatti Chiron, with the understanding that the vehicle would be secured for purchase. After submitting the deposit, I was later informed that the car had been sold and that the transaction would not proceed.

What concerns me most is that my request for a refund of the $15,000 deposit was refused. Additionally, despite being told the vehicle was sold, I have continued to see what appears to be the same car advertised for sale even a year later. This has left me feeling misled and treated unfairly.

For a transaction involving a high-value luxury vehicle, I expected professionalism, transparency, and ethical business practices. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.

I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with MotorHub to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure all agreements are clearly documented in writing before transferring any funds.

Experience was great start to finish. Enquired about an Audi a3 in nano grey. It was available so I made my way down they had it cleaned and ready for me to view. The vehicle was in great condition for the price and mileage. They had then assisted me in getting finance on the vehicle through a third party company and we had it all sorted in a day ready to drive away

By chance I noticed a vehicle of theirs for sale which was on my bucket list for a while. This car fit the bill and was in remarkable condition. I had a look over and took a short test drive and I was sold. Motorhub staff were honest and professional, but also friendly and full of banter. Hospitality was great being offered a coffee whilst I perused the vehicles provenance. I explained my predicament regarding my old car and they even facilitated a buyer for me. I purchased a second-hand Nissan Qashqai from this car dealer. A few days after the purchase, I discovered that the parcel shelf was not the original size, did not fit properly, and was unsafe. As a result, I had to purchase a new parcel shelf myself as a replacement and requested the car dealer to refund the related cost. However, they refused, stating that this was not a mechanical issue of the vehicle.

I believe that they removed the original parcel shelf and replaced it with a non-original and unidentified one before selling the vehicle to the customer.

They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, probably why they have such low prices, they don't really have the inventory.

“THIS WAS A COMPLETE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH. THE CAR WAS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS ADVERTISED AND WAS CLEARLY MISREPRESENTED. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. THE SELLER WAS DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DID NOT CARE ONCE THE TRUTH CAME OUT. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE FELT DECEPTIVE AND SHADY. IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING BUYING A CAR FROM HERE, DON’T. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, THE STRESS, AND THE REGRET. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Bought a pile of junk in 2023. This is just a reminder to potential customers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY.
They ignore the consumer rights act 2015. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
I bought the worst car I’ve ever owned from this bunch of dishonest crooks.
Look at the reviews on trust pilot, it’s a split between terrible or perfect. FAKE five star reviews.
Diabolical.
If you really must go to look at a car, take a qualified mechanic with you or better still pay for an AA inspection, I guarantee he’ll tell you to walk away.
