I would highly recommend The Granite House. We visited them in Bicester when looking for a suitable quartz. Lynne was really helpful showing us various styles and giving samples to take home and try against the kitchen.
Joe was really quick in sending over prices and was so accommodating even when I kept changing what I wanted :)
Templating took place quickly and given a fitting date for soon after - they even fitted a week earlier than planned
Spoke to other suppliers who were not as good as were not able to do the nice clean sink recess that the granite house could!!

Wonderful service from start to finish. We can’t fault the fabulous office staff so helpful and obliging. Template taken and fitted on the time and dates given. A really efficient company to dealt with. Would not hesitate to recommend Granite House, we would definitely used them again.

Great Customer Service by Harriet, who found us a lovely off cut of Quartz, which fitted the spot! Chose this on site, so we could see in a large piece what we were actually having.
Our Quartz was fitted 2 days ahead of schedule, which was great and we accepted the earlier slot.

We are very happy with our worktops and the service from The Granite House. The whole process was quick and easy and we were given good advice on the choice of material for our needs. At installation, there were issues with the size of the opening for the sink, which was too tight, and a sharp corner instead of rounded, but customer service and fitters were on the ball and dealt with them promptly. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company deals with them that matters and The Granite House certainly delivered. We are now the proud owners of beautiful and perfect quartz worktops which are a pleasure to work on. I'd definitely recommend this company to friends.

We purchased from The Granite House, we weren’t disappointed. From the initial visit to the factory we were met with knowledgeable staff in a well stocked show room, To the survey which was carried out with the utmost professionalism, we were asked all kinds of questions regarding the machining of the quartz which we hadn’t considered, superb. We we’re price matched as well like for like, we had done a lot of shopping around. Look no further.

Granite House were incredibly helpful at all stages of the process from choosing the work surfaces to the final fitting. There was a wide range of surfaces and the differences and sourcing explained. We were able to fit both the measuring and fitting dates round our schedules. Emails / phone calls were returned quickly with helpful advice and we were able to changes easily . The fitters were on time, polite, they worked with care and were conscientious is cleaning up after. Overall, we would highly recommend Granite House for new kitchen work tops.

Comments are in relation to Granite House Preston. We recently had new worktops and an island installed. Our experience from the moment we visited the showroom to after sales service has been excellent. All staff members we have dealt with have been polite and knowledgeable. Excellent Service by all at the Granite House. Jo updated me on progress and an early installation which was welcome as this was a replacement Quartz worktop - so good to begin to get the kitchen back in working order. Installation team of Jack, Conner and Nathan were brilliant. A very cheerful and professional bunch of lads.
