I was referred to The Guarantor by the apartment complex. I had a few bumps in my way for getting approved. Once my information was sent to Guarantor from there everything was handled,and completely finished within minutes. Nothing has never been so easy in my life. I didn’t realize using TheGuarantors…
I didn’t realize using TheGuarantors meant I didn’t have to pay a security deposit. So there was no increase in move-in cost. Their team was incredibly accessible and available to help at every step with building management.

They approved a policy then got an email from Frank the senior director telling his team not to approve because they no longer cover deposit over 1 months rent. But what’s the point of them charging client 1 months rent as deposit if client will need to pay for any damages on top of the already fee. Might as well charge client the normal deposit then

To clarify, we do still offer more than one month of total protection through our Lease Guarantee product, which includes both Rent Coverage and Deposit Coverage. The Deposit Coverage portion is capped at 1 month’s rent, which aligns with standard security deposit practices, while Rent Coverage can extend beyond that.
Deposit Coverage is intended to replace a traditional cash deposit with a smaller, non-refundable premium. Renters remain responsible for any move-out costs, just as they would with a standard deposit, while the coverage ensures landlords are protected up to the agreed amount.
We understand this structure may not meet every need, especially when higher deposit-specific coverage is preferred, and we’re always happy to work together within these guidelines.

They didn’t even know this existed the leasing agent where I stayed made this process, reaching out to you guys very easy. It was a little misunderstanding when it got to the lease with additional fees, but other than that, this was helpful.
