Loved these meals a couple of months a go, but since increasing quantity the quality has diminished to almost inedible. Only ate a few spoonfuls of the last ones. Will not be purchasing anymore.

The chilled meals are great flavoursome and I find they are filling 9/10 but just tried the pot noodle style unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it would have to be very hungry to eat one again a shame really as the chilled meals are so tasty.🤤

Just tried a couple of the cheese cakes. Absolutely foul. Gave to my teenage kids. One bite each, both spat ot put. Cardboard is more flavoursome. Straight on the bin

Pricy and not exciting
I tried a couple of the meals and hated the style, taste, quantity and price Pretty poor compared with Kirsty and others
Follow up! Just tried Singapore Noodles and found the chicken and noodles etc to be edible but watery and tasteless
Seems to be no attempt to provide the flavours of authentic food styles so resorted to tomato sauce
Not being a health freak, I am pleased that I don't have to suffer healthy dishes from choice and can savour the delicious flavours of real food

Tasteless
One of the most tasteless ready meals I have ever eaten.
Tried their Korean beef tasted like mincemeat with gravy and lentils
Needs spicing up
Tried the piri piri chicken severely understated and again no spice at all
Good size portions however

The best ready meals!
Have been eating The Gym Kitchens chilled & frozen range for a little while now and each and every one of them tastes just as good as the last. Much taster AND healthier than your generic Tesco/Asda ready meal, and cheaper too. Overall 5/5 if you haven't tried The Gym Kitchen yet, try it!

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous, the prices are absolutely ridiculous £13.20 for one pack
And that’s enough to feed one person I could get my friend to make the exact same thing, and it would cost her about 10 pounds for the exact same ingredients and you have to pay over. 40 pounds for free delivery. There isn’t much there. No options at all if my friend was to make it that’s £10 would feed me for a month

Outstanding!
1st time with the gym kitchen range ( chicken tikka masala) and without doubt it’s by far the best thing I’ve ever had from a supermarket! Plenty of great ingredients and super tasty, excellent quality and value for money! I cannot fault it in any way!
