Clare had cleaned and repaired two bags for me and I had a leather jacket with woollen decorations on that I didn’t like. She successfully removed them and repaired the leather underneath to an unbelievable standard. My bags and my jacket are like new. I highly recommend her.

Clare renovated my very sorry for itself Mulberry Bayswater. It has a new lease of life, the dreaded exposed piping has been fixed and you would never have known they were an issue.
I was kept up to date, the bad was back ahead of schedule and was packaged like a lovely gift.

Clare took on quite a task with my much loved (and used daily) Mulberry Poppy Hobo. The colour had faded, large creases had formed in the leather, the inside of the handle had collapsed and it was showing its age - and then some!

To say she has performed a miracle would be an understatement. What has been returned to me is a beautifully, and lovingly, restored bag. Pristine, practically crease free, with a newly restored handle and a stunning, all-over colour. I can't praise her work highly enough. She has done an outstanding job and I am immensely grateful for the many hours of work, she undoubtedly put in, to give my adored bag many more years of life.

Bag is like new, restored to perfection.

Sent a Chanel boy bag I bought preloved to have the corners repaired & cleaned. They did a great job and the bag returned looking brand new and you’d never know it had been repaired from looking at it. So happy with the service provided, I recommend them to everyone

The whole process was very straightforward and Clare made everything completely clear to me, from initial quote to final restoration pictures. My beautiful, well-loved leather bag was returned to me, good as new, having been cleaned, the colour restored and the handle reattached, well within the timeframe proposed. I cannot fault THRC and cannot recommend them highly enough. I've been putting off getting my bag fixed for about 18 months, mainly because I'd put it away and I kept forgetting about it. Clare has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process of restoring my Mulberry Cara backpack. I had the front panel dyed due to colour loss - it was a tricky restoration for her as there are so many different tones in the oxblood leather. She really has done a fantastic job - you can barely tell it’s been dyed at all, and the colour match is super. She was extremely professional and helpful throughout and sent me loads of photos to make sure I was happy at each stage. She even waited until we had some good weather to complete the project so she could check the colour and tonality of the dyed panel in bright sunlight. So impressed - will be using again if I need any more work done on my bags. Small business at its best. Thank you Clare! 😊❤️

After reading the reviews I decided too send my pink Chanel too THRC and honestly I can not recommend them enough! From start to finish the whole service was amazing! Great communication, safe tracking , and the results were better than I ever could of imagined. If you have any designer handbags and are wondering where you should take it too be fixed up this is the company!

I was lucky enough to receive a Coach handbag as a gift- only thing stopping me using it was the length of the strap. (I’m a bit of a liability with handbags I have to carry as I’ll put them down and not pick them up again.) So I asked if a cross body strap could be made for it. The result was amazing! The bag looks like it came with it - perfect match of colour and texture, using the existing buckles and hardware, the work(wo)manship is exquisite! I’ve not stopped using the bag since I picked it up and I’m delighted with it. Look at the photos of the before and after bags online and I defy you not to be impressed. This woman is a magician!!

I was recommended THRC via some luxury groups on Facebook and I’m so glad I used their services. I sent over 2 bags for repairs and deep cleans and I’m over the moon with them upon return. Feels like I have brand new bags. Highly recommend.
