This website is using pictures of my personalised, handmade jewellery and claiming to sell it. My branding is even visible in one of the pictures, and they have stolen my product descriptions too! I'm not sure what buyers would receive if they ordered, as I have not and never will sell via this website.

Took forever to arrive, wasn’t sterling silver as advertised and I’ve had nicer jewellery from a cracker. Wrote an email of complaint and got no response. Why this site is still able to trade is beyond me. Load of old crap falsely advertised.

Absolute scam site. Don’t use. They feature photos from other jewellers’ sites and send horribly cheap initiations in awful plastic packaging. I tried threatening them with legal action, but have had no response.

Do not use this company. Obviously not handmade. Clearly using another websites images - my handmade silver pendant heart looks like a cheap dog tag, though the writing ordered was at least accurate!
No comments so far back from my complaint.

Absolutely awful customer service.
Bought a “solid sterling silver” ring from them as a Mother’s Day gift.
Turned up and smelled of metal, was dull and clearly not sterling silver!

Ignored my emails for weeks. Only when I finally threatened legal action they replied saying they’d send a replacement.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam Website, stay away. I ordered a "beautiful" handmade ring from what I thought was a UK shop. "Lily" was super helpful, and I was looking forward to getting this special ring.

When it arrived in Australia only a few days after it was made I was already confused as it was posted from NSW by a Chinese business, not a UK business from within the UK.

The quality of the ring was not even CLOSE to home made. I should have read these reviews before making the purchase.

Thinking I was buying a beautiful handmade silver & ruby necklace, in a nice gift box on a card with lovely words, for a work friends special anniversary, what I received can only be described as total tat with a chinese postage label. 🙁
'Lily' at The Handmade UK was very responsive to my emails chasing up the necklace, but once it had been delivered, the helpful 'Lily' went AWOL!
I'll give 'Lily' and her gang a 10/10 for such an impressive website though! I didn't have any doubt when I made the transaction - and I am usually queen of suspicion.
With the help of my friend who found the REAL seller of the handmade necklace we realise that The Handmade UK is a fraudulent seller of someone elses items, our lovely friend now has her gift from her colleagues 🙂
Fortunately I paid on my credit card and I will hopefully receive a chargeback for this (although it would have been much easier to get my money back had I paid via Paypal - lesson learned).
How people can think it is acceptable to do this is beyond me and makes my blood boil, but hey ho!
Trading Standards have been made aware!!
Please share this with your friends and family to prevent 'Lily & Co' ripping anyone else off.

Please do not use this fraudulent website. I am not a customer of theirs, I own one of the jewellery brands that they are passing off as their own. I have had several upset people wondering where their goods are and I've had to explain to them that they have been scammed. Myself and a few other jewellery companies have reported this website to Google and Action Fraud but unfortunately it is still showing up in the searches for jewellery. The are not based in Gatwick- they are in China.

This Company is rubbish. The item I purchased looked lovely on the website.
this was a gift 30th Birthday present, I paid extra for a gem stone and engraving, It was a necklace of three rings each representing a decade.

What arrived was in a cheap presentation box, 3 very small rings on a chain, which are so small about 2mm it is impossible for any engraving, the gem stone was not added to one of the ring.

Customer service was ok until I started to chase the order then they did not bother to reply, I managed to get a tracking number which was a UPS tracking number from them, when I checked with UPS the tracking number did not exist. I finally got the product after advising them that as I lived not far from their registered office, which is The Beehive at Gatwick if anyone is interested I could collect my order I received a cheap chrome imitation . Ive been had. Do not use this company. If you do then expect the worst.

I purchased a necklace from the seller that was advertised as bespoke and handmade that was intended for a gift. The image on the website shows a cut out lotus on a robust looking chain with a grey presentation box and card (they have since removed this from the website). I ordered a silver lotus with chain.

What arrived was a very poor quality metal lotus with no silver hall marks attached with thin clamped wire that is clearly not fit to hold the lotus to the chain and not fit for purpose, and a poor quality chain. The necklace itself is cheaply made and mass produced (not as described) it is not silver (not as described) and the packaging is not the gift box shown in the image but a box with Chinese script on the front and the English has a spelling mistake ('sliver' not 'silver' - not as described). On the page displaying the necklace it states 'supreme quality guarantee' - this is also misleading as the quality is incredibly poor by any standards.

This site is misrepresenting the products its selling and the product is not only not fit for purpose due to the quality of the materials used, it is absolutely not as described on their website. I tried to contact the seller directly via email and they would not reply to me, I'm now trying to get my money back through PayPal as this is a complete misrepresentation and scam. AVOID!
